Bungie is playing a sick joke whenever they offer a high rating on an armor piece and the boosted stats are typically f'ng Intellect /and mobility. I recently rolled a couple pieces with my ghost mod set to resilience and I came out with 12 Resilience total and 42 Intellect. WTF?
