Cupcakes(8-12 cupcakes)
Ingredients:
200ml Butter
250ml Castor Sugar
2 large Eggs
2ml Vanilla Essence
500ml Cake Flour
14ml Baking Powder
80ml Water
80ml Milk
Method:
1. Cream soft butter with sugar.
2. Add eggs, then mix well together(how well you mix will determine the texture of the cupcakes)
3. Add vanilla Essance to the mixture and mix
4. In a separate bowl, sift flour and baking powder together
5. In a separate bowl, add water and milk and mix together
6. Add the liquid and dry mixture in the egg mixture and mix well
7. Preheat the Oven to 180°C
8. Add the Cupcake Cases/Holders in the Cupcake tray
9. Add a perfect amount of the mixture into the Cupcake Cases/Holders
10. Place the tray in the oven and set to 15 minutes..place for good 5-10 minutes if not baked through well
11. Place them in a cool area
Icing Sugar
Ingredients:
200g butter
500g Icing Sugar
30ml Milk
Food coloring
Method:
1. Cream the butter with the Icing Sugar
2. Add milk and mix together well
3. Add any Food coloring of your choice
4. place in the fridge(optional)
Additional Method:
Decorate your Cupcakes to your liking
