Bathroom! (Foil flush type toilet! Shower setup. Quite A/C & location of A/C. Zero wood. TV. Bed/sofa. Windows!
My hubby and I will be recieving our Dolphin S probably around the first of the year. Watching you practically use this van was quite helpful for me. Hopefully, it won't feel so disorienting when have our delivery voyage. Thank you. You have been an important component to our van discovery and decision journey.

We love our 2023 Embassy on the Ford Transit. The engine is powerful, storage is amazing, and best of all, no wood. Thank you Scott, you introduced us to Embassy in 2022.

Thank you so much for the enlightenment zzzzzz! I am quite suerprised these newer models are not doing a microwave convection oven..they do it all and I use mine every day..better cooking
I took mine out ... hate microwaves camping
Microwave convection is a space restriction in that placement.
@@gosmall.livelargewe never use the convection. It takes lots of time to cook and therefore lots of electricity even though we have 600amps and it also heats up the van. Unbearable in a hot climate. The microwave we use a lot. Our solar 400 watts is a trickle charge not much use when we have twin alternators on our custom built 2020 Promaster but I suppose every little helps. No permanent bed is a drawback for me. Cheers for a thorough review.
Up until this week my favorite floor plan has been Tellaro/Sequence 20k with a six foot bed behind the driver and the rest is all countertops and drawers. It has the exact same fridge as this Embassy. The knock on them is still using propane and I’m glad Embassy doesn’t. Vans have such small water tanks that I would hate to flush it, so I like the Laveo.
I saw a new B+ van at the Hershey show that is more impressive than my other favorite Coachmen Cross Trail 20XG. It’s the Thor Gemini Trip 22MT. I travel with a recumbent trike which I prefer having inside. On the B vans, it has to go outside on a rack. On these B+ vans it can be inside under the bed. I currently have a truck and trailer, but think a van would suit me better than the truck and trailer.
Embassy has a lot to like with some of their ideas, and their quality is likely better than the larger production builders, so I have to look for that other floor plan for the Dolphin
I really liked the trip too. ESP since it’s on the far superior Transit chassis. The only thing that bothers me is that Thor makes it. 😂

Having the option of color scheme. It has more storage space than I originally perceived. I like that the twins give the option of expanding in width if needed and still allow access to the bathroom area. THANK YOU for sharing.
Thank you Scott! Finally a class B…with the exact toilet…(foil flush)…and zero wood! Looks like a great van….even a TV…plus the amazing shower setup! A quiet a/c too! Doubt I purchase though..hubby doesn’t want…oh well
My favorite feature is the attention to being different not just a cookie cutter van. I like having a cooktop,all RVers do.add convection option? Microwaves can't be used for everything. I really like your old van layout it's true that one is definitely the best..I have an expensive e-bike that needs to travel with me. Would have loved to seen the canopy deployed. Embassy has really Forward Thinking ideas but it's not designed to be lived aboard but because they're still in their infancy obviously they still have to cut their teeth and hopefully listen to customers reactions. There's no reason to not put an awning on it doesn't make it better it just give you less. Love the new Dodge, battering ram looks awesome. You're right about not needing the extra bed space a work area would be great I think I could fit my e-bike through the sliding door. I am thinking of trading up and Embassy is definitely on my list as long as they would listen to me and add a few things that I would need to travel long distances. Scott gr8 having you back making videos ,you look great, hope to meet you on the road sometime, you seem like a very kind and caring individual and you're eloquence and professionalism shows in your work. I hope you have time to spend with your loved ones and family as you travel again, that is so very important, even if you're a thousand miles away, it's good to know they're there for you. I wonder about not having solar. That would concern me.
Yeah, with these kind of demos it would be good to know how much energy is being used for the time he was parked. Also watching the movie on the tv would be normal use of the battery system. If the batteries state of charge at arrival and at departure was given, an estimate could be made for how many days he could stay parked there. If solar panels were an option, 400 watts of solar would probably recharge the batteries on most sunny days for the energy used the previous day and the battery system wouldn't be limiting the stay, it would be when the fresh water runs out.

I too appreciate all the windows and the fact that they open, BUT there is no other way to cook except the old plain microwave ! ?! ?

Thanks, Scott, Good Job! I do like this model and may consider over a custom van. Would prefer a partition or room divider though. Because don't want people to see into my living space. On that same subject maybe too many windows. But am impressed!

Hi Scott. I did not see a shower, which I know from watching your videos is very important to you. Did I miss it? Also, no induction stove? Just a microwave really limits the food you can prepare. Love the air conditioner/heater in the center of the van. I would prefer a fixed bed, a murphy bed, or a bed that comes down from the ceiling, rather than having to make the bed up every night and unmake it each morning, so I will be interested to see other floorplans when you review them. I did enjoy the panoramic views, so if another bed option could maintain most of that...wow.

Very cool. I’m not a fan of the Promaster chassis but if I was going to buy one, Embassy would be in my top three builds. They do a great job and basically the no wood aspect is huge from weight savings to basically a lifetime interior with no moisture problems.

They need a G Floor plan, with the puzzle bed. It looked like they used expansion pex for the plumbing??? If so, that would be a major plus.

I would like to see you review the Panoramic RV. I am not a big fan of this RV, due to the layout, the water fill, the laveo toilet, the sharp edges, and the latches which remain sticking out if you forget to close them, the Lagun table and also the general clinical feel of it. I agree with all of your prior expressed wants about having separated permanent living spaces. I do like where they put the controls, the windows, and also the TV, and the air conditioner. One thing about the windows, I have an RV with massive windows all around, and it is much harder to control heat and cold.

Oh my gosh!! Did I se that correctly?? Did I see that the company uses the correct plumbing on the hoses??? Was that a pex system?? They did not use stupid squeeze/flex clamps?? Oh my goodness

Habit. 😊 I have a TV in my bedroom, but watch my iPad in my bed all the time. It’s like a 80” screen when it’s 2’ away from you, and you call lay it sideways to view. LOL!
Is there not a cooktop?. I love manufactures getting away from wood for RVs. I like ford, but just me. Thanks again for wonderful information.

Hi Susan. I did not have my Apple TV and wireless setup with me. Downloaded movies on my large iPad is just so simple…
My initial thoughts were that this is awesome, but then I realized that there was no cooktop☹️I would have to poop in a bag😩and no bathroom sink means I would have to wash my hands, brush my teeth, and shave in the kitchen sink🤢

i wonder how much insulation they stuff in the walls and doors…
Usually not much. Keep in mind with the front cab windows and doors, it is essentially pointless to provide serious insulation in the back. Most use a cheap Thermo-foil 2 R value insulation. An inexpensive small space heater (like in the HVAC on the roof) works well in most vehicles.
More than any other builder. There is a video demonstrating how Terry does the insulation.
Embassy RVs are very well insulated.
Does it have seat belts for passengers other than the passenger seat.
Build quality looks nice. But my next van will have 12 volt ac..maybe mini split. And I can’t do without gear storage😢. Love the no propane, but also can’t do without a cooktop.
I have the mini split in my Embassy, but would rather have the Dreiha that is shown here. Both are 12-volt.
Without that cabana, there is plenty of garage storage. I have the Ford chassis.
Embassy provides a portable single burner cooktop that can be used outside.

Is it a Copa Cabana 😂 oh I love Kevin’s meal kits 😋 The toilet is cool, I’d like one my only concern is the availability of the “bags”. Like will they make them for the next 20 years 🤷🏼♂️. Nice van though 👍🏼
I’m waiting for the cheaper knockoffs, but I and a few others turn this toilet into more of a porta-pot using regular trash bags and an absorbent material. I started with lightweight kitty litter, but didn’t care for its perfumy odor. Now trying horse bedding pellets from Tractor Supply on next trip. They have a pine scent, I’m told.

What’s the brand of the a/c? Also I thought that Embassy doesn’t do rooftop a/c - so was this a custom van or have they now have switched to rooftop?
Dreiha A/C.
They will do rooftop if you prefer and have a process of installation that should not leak.
I have the mini split a/c and had them add two Maxxair fans in the roof. If I were getting my van now I would go with the Dreiha a/c. I could get it now, but I don’t want to spend the $$! I normally don’t camp in the summer.

I want a black tank, solar and generator. So this wouldn’t work for me.

@@gosmall.livelarge We own a 2022/23 Travato 259 G. It’s not perfect in any way, but it works for us overall. I like having a bathroom, a propane stove, microwave oven, big refrigerator and freezer, generator, air conditioning, Truma heat and water heater, although I don’t think the Truma is great. I like the different living areas as you have always mentioned. Winnebago quality is only fair, not great. But I’ve driven over 11,000 miles in ours and it has performed well. No major issues yet. We tend to baby ours. No mods in case we resell it soon. Not sure how long we will keep it because I’m having an eye issue, left eye. The bed is a bit small for two 6’ adults. I tell everybody that my wife and I haven’t been this close in years! Anyway, the Travato G works for us. Is it the best? I don’t know. But I personally have not found another Class B that I like better. 😎
