This was a great interview. From everthing I've seen of him, David McCallum certainly seems to be a very kind, cordial, and pleasant man, and this interview only served to enforce that impression in my mind. Thank you for posting this!
Great Interview! Mr McCallum still looks good for his age. I really enjoyed watching him in one of the Six Million Dollar Man episodes and The Invisible Man in the 1970's.
I was born in England I do recognize the real English from England. The reporter is speaking toddler talk which is the closest American born speakers can imitate the English from England. In England the pronouncination of the letter R is very different from the pronouncination of the letter R from Americans, which Americans omitt the correct prounciation and don't even pronounced the letter R as the reporter does. In addition, the reporter doesn't speak with the isochrony of England nor pronounced the strong vowels of English nor the stronger interdental sound of the English from England nor the stronger consonant sounds of the English from England.
Eli Hitler Razcon * I was born in England I do recognize the real English from England.* You clearly weren't and don't if you claim she's faking an English accent. It's *recognise* if you're English, too. *The reporter is speaking toddler talk which is the closest American born speakers can imitate the English from England.* No, she's speaking English, just not as well defined or pronounced as David's is. The rest of your essay has been deleted due to it being "speaks loads, proves nothing".

one can noticed an authentic English accent of the UK of David and the female interviewer who fakes an non existing accent.
No, the interviewer is English - no fake accent. David is Scottish with a slight English accent.
