Soft-spoken Nithya Mammen has achieved a lot in her relatively short music career. Rising to fame with her debut song 'Nee Himamazhayayi' from the Malayalam movie 'Edakkad Battalion 06', she has also won Kerala State Film Awards for Best Singer in 2020 for “Vathukkal Vellaripravu” in Sufiyum Sujathayum. In the latest edition of Talk Time, she gives us a glimpse into her days of emailing demos to music directors, hoping to get a start in the industry. She also serenades us with a beautiful rendition of Ammaneh (امانيه) by Diana Haddad, a prolific Lebanese singer who she admires a lot.
