Its funny because Feliks world record 10 years ago is Tymon and Max (And his own) average to this day. Its cool to see how much the cubing community has evolved over the years.
but Feliks has the best average in the 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube, and certainly I think that Mats Valk his scramble was fixed, and was thrilled that the time to break the world record, that's my opinion, for my Feliks is the best the world =)

All of these are outdated. 3x3x3 is 5.55 by Mats Valk, 3x3x3 BLD is 23.80 by Marcin (could never remember the last name), 2x2x2 is still the same, 4x4x4 is 25.34 by Feliks Zemdegs.
2x2x2 was only 3 moves while feliks zemdegs got .88 seconds with 9 moves
All of those are outdated now as well ;)

On est d'accord que le rubiks n'a pas de marques ou encoches pour qu'ils reconnaissent les couleurs. Alors, logiquement ils ne devraient pas y arriver! Malgré cela ils y arrivent! Une sacrée intuition!..du vide quantique? 😉

actually non of the records shown are currently held by asian people. But I guess it's easier to blame asians for their dedication (even if done so by joking) than owning up to regular lazyness.

i average around 13 seconds with the rubik's cube and i am also a pc gamer (and there are many like me in my country).
he still did it in 30 fking seconds thats still a good time without looking at the cube its a damm talent so stop trolling and go do something useful with your life

It is called muscle memory. He is blind folded. He is doing it by memory. IT is a set sequence. Not impressed. If I sat there for hours among hours doing the same sequence over and over, I would be able to do the same thing.

correction, there's always a, 1rst world, with lots of freetime, overstimulated and pressured to do this or whatever they (or their parents) want to do, person doing better than you... for sure..
It's not geometry it's still must memory, he remembers what edges/corners need to be swapped then applies the algorithms. If you want intellectual challenge it's fewest moves, the current record is 22
what my point is he still needed to turn it once more for it to be fully complete its half red half orange still one more turn that could have costed 1 second or 2 for the timer

Solving a cube blindfolded is not such a hard thing to do when you practice. And Blindfold solving and regular solving require different methods, entirely different ones.

Oh you think he solves it blind? Well of course he solves it blindfolded. Thats the point of blindfolded solving! Many people can do it. But he is very fast at it.
it adds another level of difficulty. the player must memorize the pattern as quickly as possible. otherwise it would just be another speed challenge (most players barely look at the cube, and go from what they've analyzed earlier)

рекорд в спорте это афигеть, а это мне кажется слишком не серьезно, задрачивать это это бред, а так многие могут за 2-3 минуты в слепую собрать, есть техника сборки, я вот лично за 30 сек собираю не в слепую и дальше бредово задрачивать лучше чем-нибудь более полезным займусь =)

@deathmaker100 You remember where each piece needs to go, and then you "shoot" it to that location. The trick is to remeber in what order to shoot the pieces. It's not as hard as it looks, altough my record is only 4:41. But I started about a week ago :P
