Heaven's Gate

Heaven's Gate, Longleat, Wiltshire also known by some as Stargate ‘for obvious reasons’, is an interesting legacy of Alexander Thynn, 7th Marquess of Bath.
Simple stones sculpted by Paul Norris commissioned to mark the dawn of a new Millennium.
Heaven's Gate is a popular, free, place to visit, provided by the Longleat estate, which it overlooks.
