The 56 is the perfect year. It's not overdone with massive fins and Chrome. Everything is tastefully done. Another Charles Phoenix amazing presentation.
Charles, I agree this car can make you high without smoking anything! The '56 was just the perfect styling and demensions, just that little bit better than the '55, and a little bit less than the '57, which was too much (the back of the car could hit the ground rather easily when backing out of the driveway.) The exquisite leather is wonderful and should have an intoxicating aroma. (my parents had a '68 Coupe deVille Caddy and generously let me drive it sometimes. The leather was so aromatic, and the interior was so quiet and the engine so powerful that handling like the Queen Mary didn't matter!)

The battery is accessed from inside the car in a well under the front passenger side floorboard. Old style lead acid batteries causes the steel battery boxes to severely rust.
Charles, Riddle me this, what other ride reminds you of that ride that you just took us in for a joy 🤩 🥲 🥹 ride? It to was a very special ride and it to all kinds of buttons,toys and gadgets inside through out the ride? Again Charles stand back and take a really good look and gaze at that ride from the front to the rear and the left side and right side of the ride. Hint this ride was painted Jet Black through out and had Black Leather Interior. Again Charles just stand back and take a really good look at it. Now if that’s not the Epitome of Luxurious Luxury to Ride Profile and Style in then I don’t know 🤷♂️🤷🏾♂️ what is. Now that Ride is more than Class you can not get no better than that the Craftsmanship the Quality the Profile the Style. When the designers and builders at Ford, Lincoln-Mercury they had to think 🤔 💭 🧐 right outside of the box 📦 with a design,build and creation like that Ride. How many individuals know or knew that Ride has Presidential Prestige? How many People know that? Charles you came across and found another winner 🥇 🏅 🏆. That Antique, Classic and Vintage Ride puts these new cars they build,make and manufacture today to shame. My Dad 👴🏾 and myself went out this past Tuesday to buy a new pair of shoes 👞 we were picked up in a Cadillac of today man talk about an insult to my intelligence and intellect, I mean disrespect to the owner and driver of that Caddie but man that Cadillac was not the Cadillac I remember or use to riding in. Charles let’s just say that I was not happy, pleased or very thrilled with it. I’m not going to go into the detail of how I really, really, really, really and I mean really feel about that Caddie especially in that backseat. Like I said before no disrespect to the driver and owner of that Caddy. Like I said before and I’ll say it again Charles, I still and will choose and pick an Antique, Classic and Vintage Ride especially a Luxuriously Luxurious Luxury Ride over these new cars and suv’s anytime.
