Most of the time he used his up-B, it seemed (to me) that he used it differently, he wasnt just mashing it, and he played well enough to know when, and when *not* to use it. Bowser using up-B a lot is not enough to discredit his obvious skill. He almost beat Zain.

The back throw variation of it should have killed from there but if not, it would have sent at such a harsh side angle that bowser could have ledge hogged rolled for the win.
The way Zain dialed in halfway through game 3 and Blur immediately understood and went into hyper coach mode is exactly why these two work so well together 😂
Blur picking apart the weakness of plat camping was really cool. Seeing the way top level play is about not only reacting and punishing but dissecting the weaknesses of someone’s gameplan
I genuinely had no idea that Bowser’s flames were a projectile that could be power shielded 😅 Zain’s always out here teaching us the vital Melee information 👌

That platform camping actually seems like a really good line of thinking- it doesn’t matter that you have the worst jumpsquat in the game by a LOT if instead of jumping, you’re just falling off platforms. Just seemed like he was either a bit too late with reactions, or bowser is just too slow for that to work in this instance.

For those who don't know, bowser has an incredibly easy no lag landing on yoshis, you just jumping from ledge
