Key Fob Battery Replacement

How to replace the battery in a key fob. I will be working on the fob for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but most are very similar. This FOB was used in many different Chrysler vehicles around 2014. Deteriorating performance or intermittent failure of the FOB is almost surely a weak battery. It's very easy and cheap to fix.
