Not surprised at all. I got the first palette the moment it came out, it was my first time ever buying non drugstore makeup and I followed the series and was so invested. This time around I could not care less and the quality wasn’t worth what I paid but I’ll still use it because they got my money regardless but won’t get it again.
It takes a certain level of audacity and entitlement that IF they are planning to release another pallete, that it’ll do half as good as the previous one, especially with everything that hose two have done. Not only that but I hope people aren’t as desperate to buy another makeup pallete when you could easily find affordable and beautiful pallete in other places.

How much did he make off the YT videos, too? He conveniently never discusses that aspect of the finances. It's FINE for him to make money off whatever he wants, but to act as if he's made next to nothing is ludicrous and insulting. He wants to come across as SO RELATABLE, so he tries to minimize the insane amounts of money he's generated by platforming a-holes and pdfiles.

There's a difference between admitting he was wrong and then blaming others. And he STILL isn't taking any type of fault onto himself. And that's the issue. Are there extremists that took it too far? Yes. Do we all agree with them? No. At the end of the day, though, Shane hasn't grown up since all the drama and being exposed for who he is. And that's why I refuse to support him or anything that he touches.
Maybe it's just me but I always thought Ryland and Shane didn't seem too in love with each other.. They could be totally different people off camera but every time they interact it seems strained.

I just realized that the only thing i miss about Shane is their pets. The dogs, Uno and Honey, were hella cute, tbh 🥺

If anything, this shows how terrible Shane was at setting boundaries when he was working on the first series. He neglected Ryland to the point of almost losing him. Mind you, most of the editing for the video was done after he had proposed that year. Andrew would have to sleep at Shane and Ryland's for weeks at a time editing because Shane could never make a real schedule to stick to. Andrew said he has OCD on his and Garrett's podcast, so even if Shane didn't know that, it just makes it a bit worse.

It's very clear in the video that they have no intention on putting out the palette. He says Jeffree repurposed the shades into other palettes and that its for the best that the palette didn't end up happening. He's just showing the footage. I initially thought "oh god, please don't be doing this and putting out a palette named conspiracy" but he made it pretty clear he isn't doing that.

Not surprised at all. I got the first palette the moment it came out, it was my first time ever buying non drugstore makeup and I followed the series and was so invested.
This time around I could not care less and the quality wasn’t worth what I paid but I’ll still use it because they got my money regardless but won’t get it again.
It takes a certain level of audacity and entitlement that IF they are planning to release another pallete, that it’ll do half as good as the previous one, especially with everything that hose two have done. Not only that but I hope people aren’t as desperate to buy another makeup pallete when you could easily find affordable and beautiful pallete in other places.

The people who don’t support him know not to click on his videos, even if just to leave a comment. Opening up the video just to view the comments counts as a view in youtube’s algorithm and helps Shane. His community posts are a better place to comment, as he can’t profit off of that
