      Which people are you referring to? The players or the people commenting? As far as the players go, I think your comment is lacking in perspective. #1: these are training exercises designed to build skill, reaction, etc. They aren't always meant to be executed cleanly and perfectly. #2: The video shows a variety of skill levels from beginner to perhaps college or professional. #3 EVERYONE who achieves excellence was less than excellent at one time. Your comment is incredibly disrespectful of these players' desire to work at getting better.

    My volleyball team is like, 1 hour of warming up(to get sore af, like why do we need to do 100 coach invented sit-ups and ankle breaking excersizes), another hour of dying, and the rest is fatality. What’s worst is when we get home and rest for a couple hours. Cause that’s when real hell breaks loose. My body is dead and sore to the point I can’t explain the hellish pain I experience. Hello volleyball XD.

    Anything with the medicine ball is useless.
    The blocking drills are useful.
    The ladders on the floor exercises are good for any court sports.
    The drill where the kids step on that thing on the floor and then bounce, I guess is to replicate the bounce on the approach for hitting.
    The drill with the lil girls catching the ball inside the oversized skirt is useful. I know what's trying to do, to force them to move their fit towards the ball for passing. I know kids always try to reach with their arms instead of moving their feet.
    The setter using the cone to catch the tennis ball is a good setter drill because it forces the good habit of where to receive the passing in order to set.
    Everything else was dumb or useless.

      @Ashley-pv6bi 6 років тому

      Really? I have watched Olympics games, high school games, college games, live games, casual games and I have never seen anyone with half their body above the 7 ft (women) or 8 ft (men) net

    • @milkboy2228
      @milkboy2228 6 років тому

      안알려줌ᄏ
      Well in the show the top of their head are below the net during their blocks while their full verts tend to have their heads equal to having their eyes/heads above. I assume you havnt actually seen the show as "half their body " is never above the net. However some people in male Olympic volleyball can certainly get the net below their armpits.
      For further reference, kageyama in the show has an 11ft vertical. Him being the highest, thats plenty possible for even highschoolers, though certainly amazing for a freshman.

    • @Ashley-pv6bi
