    To this date this is still the best program on my list with guaranteed results, I tried it 5 times in the last few years and it does wonder to your physique. The most important thing here is you get to know your body and look lean throughout the year!

    I started this program 3 years ago and it did wonders, now from last 7 months I haven’t been working out, gained around 9kgs weight. Last week onwards, i am back at workout, did mix workout whole week and now starting with this program from today. Hoping the best results again.

    Hi sir. U r really a Guru. Maine aapka 6week shredded program complete kiya h. Maine 6week me 14 kg wt lose kiya h . And now I m very healthy and happy. Ab mein muscle size program start karoonga . AAP ne is program ke liye full day veg meal plan video nhi bnaya h. Now mein thoda puzzle hoo. Because I m totally vegetarian.     Thank you man , I lost lots of weight I went from 280 and I'm always at 2:40 to 245 bouncing around, thank you for the work out plans for the beginners when I looked up your site I had no clue how to even start, I don't copy all of your food plans but I get pretty close to it example Vegetables and meat but I've been eating lots of fruit on Rest day I go through a phase with sugar and I start biting random fruits and it's still not enough

    I m confused abt the post workout drink... Whether we have to take after the whole workout( shoulders and triceps or abs) or to take after shoulder and triceps workout only....

    btw i wanna point out that the video editing is done such a way that we couldn't watch an exercise in a single view.It keeps changing for different view which is not not easy for people to learn.Please avoid in coming videos with some more rocking music:):) Good luck once again!!

    My Workout routine is like this,
    Day 1 chest+leg
    Day 2 bicep + shoulder, trap
    Day 3 tricep+lat, back
    And one day rest
    And all of this workout days doing abs workouts
    So. I need to make sure that my routine is good or need to make any changes plz give me advice
