Am 22 years old but i love this song.. everytime i listening this song my tears fall..... I'll see you in my dreams my cousin😭
I'm 18 and half and I Started Listen to Giant since Last August
I love your comment, I also have tears each time I listen I lost my sweet wife to leukemia and I sit and listen to this song day and night for months and it does make me miss her, but I also know I'll see her in my dreams. And this guitar player is my new hero, his playing touched my heart, I'm excited to follow him and see what else he shares. Bless you and bless your cousin 😪

Great song and you played it perfect. This song takes me back to my youthful twenties, when I was with my buddies, drinking, having fun, and hoping to fall in love.
Glad you liked it. It does bring you back to those late 80s/early 90s! Good times.

@@ClassicSoloSpotlight Is there any book which I can buy to see the tabs and learn this song?
Amazing! Great job 👏 and great capture of the tone and effects .
I will never ever understand why this wasn't an absolutely massive radio hit back when it came out. But in a way, as a kid playing guitar back then, I was strangely happy that it didn't become popular because I didn't think Dann's playing and singing would have been adequately appreciated by non-musicians.....
Interesting. Here in Sweden it was big on radio when it came out. It was everywhere. Stores, gyms, tanning salons, etc
Extremely Professional which is the highest compliment I can give your performance! Bravo 🤘🏻
Thank you uncle.

This Song is a timeless Masterpiece !! 1990 was so special. Thank you for that one. I wish I could find out about the actress in the original Giant Music Video ... ?
Wow you are amazing sir. Dann Huff would be proud, Giant had so many great songs I hope you post more of them in future. Liked and subscribed.
Thank you very much for the kind words.
What a cover, i loved it, and thanks for the close-up on the neck, very helpful
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fantastic cover!!!
Tyvm
Awesome!.. I started learning this song by ear over the weekend and was amazed at how tricky some of the chords were played and the change ups. Feel like it was originally written on a piano. This helps me a lot to get it dialed .
indeed, I think it might well have been written on piano. Those changes are very classical. Then again Huff is a very sophisticated guitar player who surely knows those type of changes.

You did an outstanding job with this piece. Thank you for sharing!..as a hard rock and metal player most of my life, it’s so refreshing delving into more classic, pop, and contemporary music. What a beautiful song

Thank you very much! I agree, he probably did use the Tri Chorus. That thing sounded amazing.

Thank you very much, glad you liked it!
Flawless my Friend!!!!
Omg so good love 💘 💗 💖 💕 ❤ it.
Thank you Melina!
aMAAAAAAzing cover !
Awesome performance, absolutely love this track! May I ask what bridge pickup you're using here? Such a nice thick tone.
Thank you. It's a Dimarzio ProTrack in the bridge. A very warm pickup indeed. It helps me to offset some of the natural brightness of the strat.
Dude you played well.. Cheers..\m/...
Just Fanstastic cover, thanks... And of course you win a new suscriber to your channel of France \m/
Mille mercis Laurent.
Best song ever
Who r u?…you are fantastic!!
👍👍👍
Sounds awesome!!! What is your bridge pickup if you don't mind me asking.
May i know the guitar part on this song is tune in standard E or drop D?
It's in standard tuning.
@@ClassicSoloSpotlight i saw a lot of guitar tab and music score are written in drop D tuning..not sure why..
@@sp33dkills If I'm not mistaken Giant did record a few tunes in Drop D so it's entirely possible this one was as well. I can definitely see that logic. I guess there's no really obvious low note riffs here though so for me it worked fine in standard.
Interesting 3 finger technique. Kind of Yngwie-ish, but he tends to do half-whole step patterns with the pinky, but you do them without.
Only above 11th position. Half-whole shapes below 11th are usually 4-fingered (pinky).
I can't find a good tab for this anywhere, did you learn it by ear? incredible performance!
I always play my covers by ear
need the lesson or tabs to this
what are chords in intro?
Can you give me the amp, and tone boxes used....i would appreciate it.
It's all in the video description box.
Walooop
It almost sounds like something g Eric Johnson would write
Excelente...
