Saucony Endorphin Elite vs Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3: Which carbon plate race shoe should you buy?

- The Endorphin Elite is a shoe designed for race day, featuring Saucony’s PWRRUN HG foam to deliver a soft and springy experience when going all out. The brand claims that it is its most efficient foam to date, working in conjunction with a new slotted plate design that promotes stiffness between the heel and toe.
The Adidas Adizero Ados Pro 3 is the latest version of Adidas’s long-distance race shoe. It features Energyrods 2.0 running the full length of the shoe that work alongside 2 layers of Lightsrike Pro midsole foam to deliver a stiff ride that has a high level of energy return.

I think it's best when you wear the 2 differnent shoes during the same run, one on each foot. Seems like the best way to compare. Well done.
Why do I have the feeling that the Adidas Adios Pro 3 is better than the Endorphin Elite?
Better for what ? For some people Endorphin Elite is better for some others it’s Adios pro 3 😂 That’s depend what’s your feelings with these shoes, it’s personal. Impossible to say for everyone « this one is better » 😂
@funnypets850 it's been a year since this comment. Since then, I have purchased both shoes. I ran in both of them, the Endorphin Elite, which gave me my PR in the NYC Marathon, is my better shoe. Thank you.
@funnypets850 hence the word "MY." Meaning this shoe was better for me. It wasn't hard to say which one was better because I have run races in them both, and I like the Endorphin Elite better. Those are my feelings of this shoe.
Big issue with the Adidas pro 3 is the lacing it rubs against the top part of your foot caused me loads of issues when I ran the London Marathon last year
Same thing happened to me at Chicago.
I’ve thrown my adidas pro 3 away total crap never again after two London Marathons and this weekend the Birmingham half marathon enough is enough so now I’ve got to find a running shoe that’s comfortable and good for plantar fasciitis recovery recommendations welcome guys
The same thing happened with my pair at the beginning, but it is easy to solve, simply adjust it moderately below, firmly in the middle and at the top it should be adjusted slowly and without pressing
If you adjust it that way, the shoe does not bother you at all, it is also important to have the correct size, it fits something big in length and width in the fingers, it is fitted in the middle part and it fits
The problem is that we are accustomed to tightening the upper part very quickly and tightly. In other shoes, the pro3 does not have padding, so you have to push slowly and push a little and drop 1/2 size.
Why does the saucony elite have very large exposed midsole on the inner part of the shoe? So that you have a reason to throw away 280$ when it degrades exponentially faster than other parts with outsole coverage
Lots of carbon shoes do this now, the wear isn't always as bad as I (Nick) fear with them, but it does hit durability a little of course.

which has the later turnover, the endorphin elite or the adios pro3?
Adidas Adios Pro 3 is more durable, more avaliable, is the same stability ya very bouncy and very responsive and the ripp is great and the price is easier to gey a discount, rhe saucony is to expensive, to agressive and not durable enough for the price! Is overhyped shoe!
But... Is faster than Adios Pro 3 at the end?
@@isidrotormogarcia4879 at the moment fot elites the Adios Pro 3 got plenty podiums and a best of 2'03 marathon! And for the Saucony Elite i think at the Moment nobody has less than 2'09 and almost no podiums! And fot everyday runners is far more pppular in road races the pro 3 than the elite! , The only other shoe that can compete at the same level ia the vaporfly 1 , 2, or 3 that have many poiums and fast times at every level.

The very best! I love my adios pro 3, light, grippy, stable, durable and better price saucony racing shoe are not durable that is a big problem and the hell lock in the elite is very bad.
I think I am more confused after watching the review.
The price for endorphin elite is close to 300 euro where i live.

people should just get the models from previous year. or shoe companies already adapted and price their shoes higher so it's still like srp when they discount them the after a year
