Honestly, half of that Khorne army looks like it was just purely wasted, and would've been better filled with chaos warriors just because of how low value everything else scored.
The hellforged bellowers would tear them a new one for sure. That's why elite melee rush isn't meta, cuz there are too many ways to kill elite infantry
Has that eternal issue that the enemy needs to commit to fighting black orcs in melee for da plan to work. I really hate the design of the GW black orc toggle, you basically need to math out if the increased WS gives marginal utility when fighting infantry units. I ran the numbers and 50% WS increase is enough to kill empire and elf chaff at 1 hit, so it is worth using. But dwarves and chaos marauders have enough health per model that you just increase overkill damage on the second strike that connects. You wouldn't have this issue if the ability gave MA and reduced MD, as accuracy is always good for infantry since they aren't getting guaranteed hits unlike cavalry tends to do on charge.
All the more reason to give them even more WS buffs with Waaagh and Gorbad! XD But in all seriousness, great in-depth analysis. Unfortunately elite melee infantry is just not a great option in most scenarios and this kind of melee rush only works in very specific scenarios

Try Crimson Killers or Black orks in campaign with Grimgor its feels pretty good
It take so much for a freaking 2-3 black orc heavy buff
