I love you and everything about this channel. I honestly don't know why I take such long breaks away from watching, but every time I come back I'm reminded of why I love it here. So wholesome, so honest, very feminine, and all around just a joy to watch.
I get all of my jewelry from Flaire and I love them! My rings I bought a year and a half ago are still fully water resistant and haven't tarnished whatsoever! 🙌
What helped me with my pup with potty training was crate training! dogs don’t usually like to use the bathroom where they sleep (plus is your house won’t get destroying when they start chewing everything bc they’re teething 😂) and using the divider so that they’re limited on space. what also helped was right when they finish eating and drinking, they immediately go outside. after nap time, go outside. after playtime, go outside. and restricting water during bed time helped a lot😊
The best thing we did was getting a dog bell. Attach it on whatever door y’all take her out when she uses the bathroom and when it’s time to go out use a phrase like “potty”, ring the bell and let her out. It worked really quick with my dog an he still does it 4yrs later:)
we paired potty training with crate training. However we also really focused on taking our dog outside A LOT at first. When she would go potty outside we would mark and reward her with "yes" and a treat. Our girl knows the word "potty" now so if we ask if she needs to go she will either go to the door or stay where she is to let us know.
We taught our puppy to ring a bell when he needs to go out! Just use a bell on a string/rope and hang it on the door where you take them to potty. Every time you go outside to potty take her paw and make her touch/ring the bell and say “let’s go potty”. Eventually within a couple of weeks or month(s) she will get it and our dog is 3 and very rarely has accident because he rings the bell to let us know! And it’s nice we can hear the bell if we’re in the basement or upstairs!
Some people hate puppy pads but i live by them with the sprays you just move them out side to a designated area it takes awhile but it helped me with my dog
try using faux grass inside for mango!!! that way you can train her to getting used to grass and you can put it closer to the door over time to work her to actually going outside
Kylie!! If you’re suffering from random breakouts, really consider your makeup brands! I’ve heard that saie isn’t great for acne-prone skin and I’ve had to return products because of that - just a tip!
I’m from Green Bay, and there’s a coffee shop that has a lemonade with rose petals in it and it’s so good! It has just a slight flavor of rose but still a sweet lemonade :)
Okay I struggled with acne post college and I heard that the best and most gentle face wash was cerave and I’ve been on it for two years and I NEVER get acne anymore. And the only other thing I use is L’Oréal collagen face cream. That’s all I use morning and night and I never get acne anymore. I tried drunk elephant around Christmas and I instantly broke out so I went back to cerave a L’Oréal face cream and my face instantly went back to clear. Simple is better!!!
I struggled with cystic acne, and I just started trying different things to rule things out. I finally found out that it was due to my gut. I started taking a probiotic and I haven’t gotten a breakout since!
We put little hanging bells on our back door and taught our dog when he needs to go potty he can go over and ring the bell but also we crate trained and put the divider up so he wouldn’t potty in there while we were gone.
I hope you know I literally only get on instagram now to view your stories! You’ve been such an inspiration to me in my fitness & lifestyle! Also I legit look forward to my workouts more because of pwdrs
Aquasana makes a really good shower filter if you suspect it's the water. Like you said there are a ton of reasons why your skin is flaring but figured I'd share 😊
Omg Kylie this video is a faveeee! Everything you shared reminds me so much of this app called Superhuman meditations that I started using after my friend recommended it. It's all about visualizing your future self and the type of person that you want to become. Can't help but share b/c I feel like it soooo strongly aligns with all that you share in this vlog :)) xx cant wait for next vid!
when was the last time you had your allergies tested? I recently got results for mine and HOLY, I am a week today removing the items i showed a high/medium reaction to and my skin and gut are thanking me!
Glycolic acid toner from The Ordinary is really good for textured skin, I use it all the time and pair it with the niacinamide and hyaluronic acid also from The Ordinary and use a moisturizer at the end :)
Put a bell on the door to outside and when she goes inside on accident teach her to touch the bells so she knows to do that so she can go outside!! Hope that makes sense hahah 🫶🏻
do you have a water filter? I ordered one on amazon and it COMPLETELY got rid of my acne. I'd get one on your showerhead and another for your sink in case you wash your face with that water (and it's better for your teeth)
If she still potties in the crate, the space may be too big for her. Try using a divider to limit the space to only what she needs to stand up and turn around. The rule of thumb I've always heard (and worked for both my boys) was to take them outside litereally every 30 minutes when you are home. Use your "potty" word everytime you go to teach them what the word means. I've also hid small training treats in my pocket and given them a treat as soon as they potty outside and reinforced the word "potty". And they only get that treat when they potty outside, never inside (obviously lol).
it seems backwards but it’s actually fairly normal for acne to start in a woman’s early 20s. Location of yours seems hormonal (fluctuations in estrogen, progesterone, androgens). You might notice it’s worst the week or two before your cycle. What’s gonna help more than anything is a combo treatment of a retinoid, benzoyl peroxide, and/or an antibiotic cream. (Just a PA student here)
A tip for potty training I would say is get a doggy door. Teach her to go in out through the doggy door. My dogs natural reaction was to go through the doggy door to go to the restroom. I hope this makes sense and helps. Mango is a cutie by the way
i was in dallas for a while and the water is definitely more harsh on the skin😭 especially going from a home that runs on well water… it shocked my skin:(
I had similar skin problems as you and figured out it was bc of gluten. once i stopped eating it, my acne went away! maybe it could be something like that
Potty training tip: literally take a puppy outside immediately after they've eaten. And praise them, of course. Reward them. If you catch them going inside, put them outside right away so they can make the association of what you're expecting them to do.
Puppies have to go potty every couple hours unfortunately so if you hear her moving in her crate and doesn't settle, she has to be taken out. What I did that really helps is when they go outside and actually potty, to reward and praise them for doing it outside and even as their sniffing or finding their spot, to say "go potty". They will know that they have to go outside to do their buisiness lol. I have 5 dogs so as soon as I say "let's go potty",they all storm to the door because they know it's time to go outside
She may have had too much space in the crate. There’s a puppy divider which would make her crate space smaller and less likely to have an accident. Usually puppies won’t have accidents in their den if they have limited space.
Start taking her out once every hour…then build to two..then 3 then so on. She will be trained in a few weeks, and there will be no more accidents during training 😊….Also celebrate and praise her when she pees or poops outside, it will make her want to hold out for the celebration
Potty training! Definitely go back to crate training. She is probably peeing in the crate because the crate is too big for her. You want it to be just big enough for her to move around but not big enough to where she can pee and still have chill/sleep room. Take up water an hour before bed time and take her potty right before she goes in the crate, she should be able to sleep through the night and then take her potty first thing in the morning. You want to stay away from the middle of the night potty trips because it will become a habit. Hope this helps!!!
The number of months (age of the puppy) = the number of hours they can go without potty... So take her out according to that frequency and you won't have to deal with accidents :)
Put Mango back in the crate and make the space small enough to where she can pretty much only lay down. Dogs don't like to sleep in their pee. and just make sure you are taking her out many times in a day. Hope this helps!
3:12 “we have the infrastructure…”, gotta wonder what kind of privileged/out-of- touch/ possibly illegal infrastructure the person is talking about… great on you for creating a platform that is growing, but gee I honestly get vibes of youthful arrogance out of the two of you.

I think we might need a mango-flavored PWDRS in honor of the new pup :)
But we’ll pass on the Beans flavored PWDRS 🤪🤪

thumbs up given! :)
Acne is heavily related to diet: gluten/wheat/dairy mainly
Get a doggy door!!!
