I really like Piero and his rival. They're both nuts, jerks, and the greatest allies a dishonored man can ask for lol. Even better their story isnt told, you need to seek it out if you want Piero to be anything more than just "guy that makes my gear"

I remember when these were first released they immediately had me invested in the world.. and kept me wanting more of the strange place I found myself in.. brilliant choice to have a child voice over the Grim reality of dunwall.

I agree with Bethany on the art direction of these short stories, it's so well done! I personally really like Piero's story the most - bringing himself back from the brink with a single, seemingly nonsensical obsession to focus is mind, to give him clarity. Something about that just speaks to me.

It seems interesting that this mini story as a prequel for Dishonored story is very style and very informative story to follow. 😌 Also it give off a odd feeling of “Arcane” but more close of Tim Burton format with story elements.

If you couldn't tell, magic and the arcane exist in this universe. Magic and technology made from magic, very cool concept. Playing with my favorite idea or trope that science & magic are two sides of the same coin. Both wonders stemming from the birth of the cosmos.
The atmosphere and world of this game are smothering. Kinda like a younger brother of bioshock. The way you can affect the world and then have to live and perform missions in that world you created, brilliant and executed well. Lots of choices too to get a lot of enjoyment out of the gameplay.
I don’t know if it’s still on the line up, but I hope you guys do more Guilty Gear Strive OST reactions.
It was really interesting seeing your thoughts and reasonings on what you thought the characters were like based on the lyrics of their themes, which is totally viable as the songs are meant to be a reflection of the character’s stories.
Most reactors to that music are musicians which is cool, but you guys are the only reactors I’ve seen that tired to figure out the characters or story based on the lyrics and it was really cool.
We will check out more of Guilty Gear OST 🙂
I think its pretty clear that Esmund Roseburrow's ambition was fueled by a mind for inovation and progress, but when other people twisted his creations towards death and oppression, his own success became his ultimate downfall, as he could not live with being the father of the technology that brought so much death and destruction. That's my thoughts on the first tale.

God ive played through all 3 dishonored game no lie 20-30 times, i played dishonored 1 when it launched, i was 13 and im 24 now and replaying 1-3 AGAIN no other game like it!
