Its also has an inverse H&S pattern that might likely play out and get it to 2600 points. The chart shows there will be a very sharp decline in IXIC after making inverse H&S target of 18500 points. I might be wrong. But the chart is very indicative of these levels.❤

I saw the take profit level on the IXIC which was slightly above the 18500 points and also saw a bullish continuation pattern on the Russell 2000. I had my buy order in by Tuesday before the breakout. All am saying is that the chart technically showed these moves before they happened. Lots of love❤
