I recently got so frustrated with our unhealthy dynamic that I've gone No-Contact with her to gain sovereignty for the first time in my life.
Thanks for this video. My daughter is 6 and i must stop this. I know it isnt right. I was neglected as a child so i dont know if this may be why i became this way with my daughter. I want my daughter to be independent and i must let go a little bit and let her make mistakes and learn from those mistakes. I love her so much and the way the world is these days ( the violence ) makes me even more protective.

it isnt just a college. it is also unrealistic expectations. my parents handy work helped me into 4 suicide attempts

If you don't take your kids on when Helicoptor ride (unless you are poor.) you should. Its a great way to bond. All I want is Love. Peace
