Thanks again Paul! I'll be working on this for the week. Another fire spinning day Wednesday so let's see what I can do with it. It's great. I have escrima fire sticks that combine into a bo so it's perfect for all the videos you have. Though most of the practical striking doesn't look as cool as the weaving done for wrist flexibility. I did have some people interested in where I learned it after last Wednesday's session.

Tried with a brooming stick and the problem is that it's so short and light that you can't really get a feeling of the spin, the weight should help keeping it spinning in the right position, no matter how hard I try, the stick keeps tilting towards my direction and I cannot feel it's real position in my palm (yeah, I've hit myself a few times)
Very good and clear explanation! Thanks a lot!
THANK YOU DEAR SENSEI , SPINN DONE BETTER THAN FIRST SPINN

Great tutorial. Will be practicing this once my frozen shoulder is fixed . Think this will be good physio.
Fantastic
Thank you 👍
How would you use in combat/self defense 🤔
You don't. It's more of a coordination / wrist strength / wrist flexibility exercise, I'd presume...
If you’re already smart then you would know you don’t and what this “exercise” is for. 🧐
@@kalicenter True. Can't argue with that, maestro.
It's for when an angry mob of Karens want to speak to your manager.
