I've tried the carmel treatment and it didn't really do anything. But maybe I have to use the whole system in order to really see. Plus I don't straighten my hair so I wouldn't really notice the change.
+Kaylyn Boyd... Me either but I heard it can be used on curly hair. And I know they're going straight in the fall so it would be perfect for them to try it out. But we all have different hair types.

Kelsey and Kendra, I rake the As I Am Twist Defining Cream through my hair after applying the leave-in conditioner and I achieve the best curl definition. I don't twist my hair with it--I just use it for my wash'n go styler, and it works great!
I've heard good things about them. I need to try this. I never co washed before so I'm so glad you showed how you would do it. Helped me out a lot
I've only ever tried to coconut cowash and I liked it but I thought the packaging was awful, I ended up putting a pump on it myself, it was a lot more functional in the shower. Btw curls pawpin on both of you!!!!!

As I Am curling jelly gives me the juiciest ringlets ever. I need to try the butter cream though because I use a different brand right now before I apply the As I Am jelly. I wanted to try the smoothing gel but I actually didn't get it because of the wheat protein. When I used ecostyler on my edges I started losing hair and I feel it was the wheat protein that my hair was sensitive to.

Actually you two did mention the cowash before, I think in a favorites. I remember because I immediately went and bought it after watching the video. THANK YOU because it is now my favorite cowash. Also Sally's Beauty Supply has the big jar of the curling jelly.

You Sista's are so Damn beautiful. Black women with there natural Hair is the best. I am a waver and I use all of the "As I AM" products. I use 360 waves to lay my hair down on a fresh cut. But then I am using All The "As I am" Products. Much love to you guys. You guys are the best. Just wanted to give you guys a shout out.
I love the cowash too.... I purchased a pump bottle since I always wasted it because it's in the jar and that has worked well
Yes it's best to use the leave in before the butter since it locks in moisture I'm glad I read that it locks in moisture and looked at the video for confirmation 😍
I've tried the Co wash, Smoothing jelly and leave in conditioner so far. I really love the co wash and leave in the most.
I was just at Walmart, and target looking for some products and seen this product. I decided not to buy it because I never seen it on you all channel lol Glad you guys did a review.

My favorite product line. Love the Double Butter Cream, Cowash and their leave in. I use the leave in every time I DC as my base. Definitely staples. Thanks for sharing.

Kristy Payne Same. The Edens Bodyworks Coconut Shea co-wash is better imo. It's more moisturizing, and cleanses without stripping my hair.
It worked for me but oddly enough it really defined me hair like to the extreme so it was hard to figure out when to use it because it defined my curls so well it made it hard to detangle
I like the way it made my hair look but it didnt feel clean like a shampoo does.
It didn't work for me either I don't have good luck with anything that has coconut oil

I've only tried the As I Am Coconut Cowash and I was in love! I'll have to try some of the ones you mentioned. You two should also try the Kaliah Waajid line of products. They are also another excellent choice for curly hair in my opinion. They also leave your hair very light and bouncy with fantastic hold, but doesn't leave your hair feeling crunchy.

The co-wash makes my hair feel like straw. This brand is a nonstarter for me, but I'm glad it works for you.
I'm so glad it's not just me. I didn't like the cowash at all but my mom loved it.
the cowash worked for me once, using it multiople times my hair felt like straw also. I think its the coconut, protein overload
Yikes, these products are tricky! This line works well for me yet Shea Moisture products do not. Kinks and curls have their own personality. I'm guessing the Shea Moisture line works well for you??? :)
marieffp21 Some Shea Moisture products work well for me. I go through allot of products trying to find "the one". Not easy.
It doesn't make my hair feel like straw, but it doesn't do anything for my hair. Glad I'm not the only one. Haven't tried the other products though.

I have the coconut cowash and its like a shampoo because it cleanse your hair but it is a conditioner because it moisturizes your hair. It cut down 30 minutes on washing my hair.

I've only tried the double butter and I must admit I love it! I love the smell and it keeps my hair moisturizer too. I plan on trying their deep conditioner and co wash soon.

It really is. The coconut cowash is my favorite cowash. I absolutely love it!! I love using it with the leave in conditioner, and curling jelly! Amazing results!!

I prefer the cleansing cream over the co-wash even though I like them both. You can also buy the larger sizes at Sally's on the ground.

I love As I am products! Ive used it for a while, but just got the CoCoShea spray and I love it! It gives great shine!!! I use it for refresher as well!! Also the smoothing gel is very nice and not thick at all and no reside!

Hey ladies. I love the As I Am line of products. They have the large size curling jelly in Sally's. I bought it and used it twice and I don't really like it. I am sure that I am not using it right either. My wash and go's suck.

The larger jars are available in Salley's and in the higher quality beauty supply shops. The bigger jars are the ones I saw when this brand first came out. The smaller jars came out later.
I really like this line of products. When I first tried the Curling Jelly I wasn't sure it would work for me, I thought I would need the Coil Defining Jelly bcz my hair is 4a. I was surprised when the Curling Jelly worked and gave me plenty of soft lasting hold. As I Am really is a great line with lots of products for curly coily hair.

The hair lotion is life!! I barely use water before I style my hair now. I don't really like the smoothing gel because it doesn't really lay my hair down the way I want it to (it does work good when doing ponytails but not really side parts).Their hydration elation deep conditioner is also a very great product; my hair feels sooooo soft and moisturized! I also have the leave in conditioner, the twist defining cream and the cowash. Great products overall. They should come out with a protein treatment, I would def buy!

I liked the As I Am product line as a whole, but the the only product I didn't have success with was the shea spray, I felt like it was a bit to thick and heavy for a refresher spray.
I've used the leave in conditioner & co wash, loved it & it smells good!
My low porosity hair didn't care for the As I Am Coconut CoWash, because I was using it back to back for months starting February last year without clarifying, and after about 3 months stopped. I still have some left, and I might keep using it, but clarifying every two weeks in order to see how that works. I know about the other As I Am products mentioned, but never used them.
I use the co wash and aveeno baby shampoo on my daughter's hair love it!
