Have a shot at this: when you click on the share icon you should see a window showing where to share for example, Airdrop, iMessage, instagram etc. Now, if you scroll the window up, at the very end you should see a blue text with the word "Edit Actions...", if you click on that you should be able to add the shortcut you created to the list, I believe it will be under other Actions. Just hit the Plus to add it and that should solve the issue.
You should be able to set your clip speed from shortcut input drop down, seconds per photo. In the video it’s from 02:36 onwards. Make sure you find a right balance, so, don’t make the video too long before making it a gif and finally play around with the adjustments in seconds per photo. Good luck 🤞
The other thing you could try is this. Click the share sheet icon, scroll to the very end, click Edit Actions, scroll down until you see Other Actions, and check if you have it there ☺️🤞

Hey Korina, if I understood currently, you are not able to see quick look. If that’s the case the just type it in the search bar. Otherwise try to skip that step and move the save to photo album. Just to confirm it works.

It is, you need to change the photo thing from 0.2 to something lower like 0.09

Could it be that you are missing steps from 1:54? That caught me out in the iOS 15

Don't think so, however if you use Live Photo, it does record the sound of the instant, roughly 3 seconds :)

Good question, I believe you cannot - you can however overlay a text but that will be with a editing software.
