Yeah thanks for making everyone have to play defense to protect themselves instead of being able to watch and enjoy the show they paid and traveled in for. Super considerate.

@@TheRealConcertKing Lmao, how are you going to be called "The Real Concert King" and find a pit to a heavy band an inconvenience?

@@dylansmarr3254 Because I go to concerts to actually WATCH THE FUCKING CONCERT. And I do everything I can to not negatively impact the experience of others. I try to be as considerate as I can with where I stand, how I hold my camera, etc. so as not to detract from other people's experience more than I can help. Assholes moshing and crowd surfing is them saying that their experience is more important than everyone else's and they should be the center of everyone's attention instead of the FUCKING BAND. Why should people who want to watch the performance be required to spend most or all of their attention watching some sweaty asshole to see whether or not said asshole is about to carelessly careen into them and knock them off balance or hit them in the face? Because the asshole thinks it's fun to knock into people? That is absolutely and totally unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Watch the show, rock out in your own space, sing along, don't be a fucking asshole to the people around you. It's not that fucking difficult.

@@TheRealConcertKing There is a spot for people who want to be statues at a show, and that's in the back, or off to the side. Looking at literally any footage of a heavy band live, the pit is ALWAYS in the front and center. It's crazy that people still can't comprehend that in 2024. Those same people are spending money to go and enjoy the full live experience. If you want to sit back and watch a show, then they can just catch UA-cam footage.
It's also funny how vocalists will often call for a crowd to move around, circle pit, etc., but never to just stand still and not make contact with anyone. I'm sure literally any live performer is having MUCH more fun up on stage when it's a lively crowd. But sure.

@TheRealConcertKing I guess you're not familiar with the culture? Pits have been part of the culture for decades and have always been beloved and respected. You don't have to be near the pit, everyone respects you moving your way through the crowd to feel comfortable.
Don't bash others for participating in the culture.
