I love Colin Baker's doctor. My favourite.
Mine too!!
Makes me wonder if, or when we'll ever get to see the Valeyard again!
Drastically underrated because of a bad costume and title sequence, and bogged down by several weak stories, but nonetheless an excellent Doctor. As they say, Big Finish did him justice.
He's MY Doctor Who. But I do wish he'd had more time through.
Why does everyone hate his portrayal of the doctor? He's my favorite!
Mine too! I think he was hated in his time by fans of the former doctors. But I think, looking back now, his serials actually aged far better than the other doctors of the original era.
I never knew classic Doctor Who was this popular in Chicago!
Omg. When he's said referred more back to William... Just yes. I didn't quite see it now, but yes. William hartnell original doctor was a... Alien, he distanced, he was often really harsh, logical, scientific, wasn't afraid of just doing you over for his benefit in certain degrees.
Made me appreciate Collins approach to his take on Doctor. And relatability to me
sixth doctor 😍😍😍
I really hope there's more to this interview than what was shown here... :-)
Fucking Micheal grade, personally I would prefer another 3 or 4 seasons of colin
I think you guys missed the point..My Doctor will always be Colin Baker! I follow sci-fi and nothing else compares.Yet I wont forgive what you did to Colin Baker..Greatest Doctor ever
Didn't BBC America stop licensing Doctor Who to PBS?
i dont hate him like i used to because having seen all the 1st doctor storys and seen some of colin bakers i totally understand what he was doing as the doctor. shame his time was cut short and he was blamed for the shows decline
💘💘💘💘💘
@arc20051 I think we Americans watch it because it's British. It's what makes the show unique and not just like every other sci-fi show. We wouldn't read Harry Potter or watch Monty Python if it tried to act American. The U.S. has a very odd fascination with the British.
Don't forget us Canadians. :)
I'm impressed by his fake posho accent here
aha... thats his real accent.
It's always odd, as affectionate and sincere as the American TV stations and presenters have been, their style and presentation always jarred against the British show and seems so out of place. It was all meant well, I guess.
