When playing Kalista you can hold shift and right click and you'll move and attack the nearest enemy or minion. You can take out the 2 steps (a and left click) much more efficient. And way way easier in a kiting scenario. Not sure why no one ever talks about this. There's also a keybind you can use to only target champions with your clicks and targeted abilities.

Thank you for being another toxic human being. 🥰
@@billyhalim9043 There are much easier champions you can learn this with, then come back to Kalista. Ashe allows much more margin for error in your kiting, while being impossible to actually catch if you do it right. Once you start turbostomping every game on her, come back to Kalista. It'll feel much better. Basically, you'll learn Kalista faster by not playing Kalista, as counterintuitive as it is. So I'm not suggesting quitting at all. Weirdly when I'm kiting people I just use attack move towards the direction I wanna go while autoing, if I wanna be precise then I'll attack move click then click where I wanna land.
Common mistake from Kalista players like this guy is they don’t take a point in W until like level 10. Remember, W comes with a powerful passive effect that is vital for fighting in lane, you should ALWAYS take a point in W at level 3 for this reason.
Before each first game with a new client take people into the tutorial and make sure they understand basics. Make it part of the coaching session. Maybe for gold and below?
getting a webcam tmoz, Should be able to make my own content soon, thanks for the inspiration Neacey one Kalista tip, the first auto in a string of autos is the important one to use attack move for, once you've started a string of autos you don't need to use A move unless changing targets thoughts on the legitimacy on this?
Question for @Neace about the A+LC > RC, could you just use left click as player attack move, and right click as player move? Then you remove the need to hit A. Maybe turn off the clicking on the minimap to move so you don't accidentally left click the minimap and run yourself where you didn't want to go when you wanted to just view heads colliding.
Attack range won't be visible without A key and assessing info through left clicking minimap is crucial to winning. Maybe it will be okay to bind z, x key to A and left click key so that when your AS is over 3 and kiting backward you can bash z, x key.
There's a question I've had for a while. Is there any reason just binding attack move to left click and bypassing the a press is inferior? It's slightly obnoxious to ping but that's the only downside I'm aware of. Considering I don't see many high elo players use it though I assume there's something I'm missing.
You actually don’t want to A click on Kalista. Its unique to Kalista but A clicking lowers your attack and jump speed. There’s videos online of the exact second by second comparison but the detriment is significant. Recommend using target champions only
So, i didn't catch what elo this is, but considering this student didn't know what malzahar's abilities do, and judging by his ability to pilot his champion, i assume this is an iron/bronze game and that this player must be relatively new. Kalista is one of the most unique champions in the game, and i believe for people who want to really utilize her, there are things you can use for her that you do not use for any other champion. For example, you can go into the movement hotkey settings and set a hotkey to "Attack Move Click" which basically simulates A-LeftClick-RightClick in one button press. You can hotkey this action to something like a button on the side of your mouse and everytime you click it, kalista will automatically attack the nearest target and 'leap' towards your cursor. You can just repeatedly press this button to easily kite anything with kalista without needing to move your mouse around hardly at all. This, however, is probably not something you would want a new player to start using, as it will develop dependencies on this tactic to move around, and when they try to play ADCs other than kalista, they will find that they have a hard time. I would not recommend Kalista as a champion for new players to learn the game with, as many of the things you learn while playing her do not carry over to other champions as easily, and you might develop bad habits.
So... just tried kalista just to have done this once... I'd honestly put attack mvoe on smth like spacebar for this. The amount of A->jump->attackmove->jump and other shit you're going to do will make your little finger a very awkward tool (just my opinion)

I main adc and dont have A-left click-right click , I have A for attack move click-right click which means i dont left click but it has helped me with kitting A LOT with fast attack speeds. Should I change it to a left click or is it still a viable command to keep?
Oh man. When you started talking about A left click and he does not use it lol. As someone who has spent almost a mil points on her it is not something you can ignore. It is a must on her more than any other champ I can think of. And one more thing to think about is her hop scales with movement speed so I almost always build boots on her first.
