Love mornings like that, a bit of fog to start and then brilliant blue skies. Loved the look of the area and what a nice session. Hope you enjoy the Trout dinner. Awesome job Jun!
@@excursionamericaexa thank you so much Dave!! And thank you for tuning!! Not sure what happened to that big brown. Yeah maybe someone caught it and didn’t recover.
Love fly fishing on the Brodhead lol next time you’re there you gotta take a hike into the gorge… the scenery alone makes it worth it plus catching a big wild brown is just icing on top
Another fantastic fishing adventure Jun, you caught a lot of brown trout well done. Thanks for sharing this with us. Take care and have a great time. 13:46 with all the Australian 🇦🇺 ads on. Cheers Alice & Leo 👍👍👍👍
@@JunTsOutdoors Yeahh even with the low water it could be a blessing in there since it gives ya access to some pools that you’d never be able to wade out to lol plus down at the paper mill is also good towards sunset with trout n the occasional bass
@@zivkoradojcic thank you very much!! And thank you for watching!! Pretty much all trout in this creek, I haven’t to this creek in a while, I’m not sure how is water flow, we haven’t got any rain in very long time. Good luck though!
@@JunTsOutdoors ok. I ll try and see. I will be in the area so will try other ones too ( buskill, mcmichaels)... Current flow is low as I saw online...
🎣 I actually like this really cool area here. This area truly does look like a good spot and promising too. Also this area looks like an ambushing place, like seriously it does. You never know it's bigger fish could be waiting in this area for some good eating fish. Anyway nice catching and releasing plus a job well done too.
@@chaddclymer7583 I used the same Rod for trout and Smallie. It’s Lew’s laser speed stick, 6 foot medium light action rod. 200 size reel and 6 lbs test Berkeley XL line. Thanks Chadd for tuning in!!
That big brown that you found floating looks like it had a broken back. Great Blue Herons typically break the backs of large trout and then realize that they can't swallow them and leave them for dead. Great Blue Herons and cormorants can decimate a nice trout fishery. Chase them away at all costs...

Great video! I can't believe how many trout are still out there from the Spring. I caught a 16 and 14 inch brook trout yesterday and a Rainbow trout.

The creek is really too hot to fish for trout with temperatures 67 and above. This may account for the big dead brown.
