Troublemakers Rudimental Drum Corps: "Macey's 6/8" - Championship Drum Solo by William H. Reamer

This is the Troublemakers Drum Corps performing (remotely during the COVID-19) the Championship drum solo, "Macey's 6/8" ... composed by the late William H. "BIG" Reamer - 4 Time VFW National Snare Drum Champion & renowned drum & drumstick maker - for Rita Macey Bernert (snare drummer for the Audubon Bob Bons Drum & Bugle Corps), who won 9 out of 10 individual snare drum contests, including the 1957 VFW National Individual Snare Drum Championship in Miami, FL. Don Mihok, another student of Reamer, used the same drum solo to win his National Championship. Reamer, Bernert & Mihok are all in the Drum Corps Hall of Fame. NOTE: As this was originally written as a Snare Solo, the Bass Drum part was added by the Troublemakers. The Troublemakers Rudimental Drum Corps members are all former students of Reamer and are (from upper to lower, L to R): Mark Beecher, Steve Gillespie, Tom Middlebrooks / Lilli Beiduk Middlebrooks, Steve Kirkpatrick.
