Respect Dale Jr and his contributions to this world. What a great guy he has proven to be. Could not be prouder if he were my own Grandson. Blessings to him and his loved ones. So sorry his Mammaw passed before his induction.
Why is it that I feel like I'm witnessing an end of an era in NASCAR racing? I don't think this sport will ever have the popularity or color or excitement it did in the days I think that were NASCAR's best and that was the time between the end of the 80's up until February of 2021. This new NASCAR is so unlike what it was then and I have to admit I don't care for it much. I also must admit I was never much of an Earnhardt fan over the years but there is no denying this family's contribution to this sport and I have come to like and respect Dale Jr. as a person and he does add a lot to the race broadcasts. He's always smiling, laughing, cutting up and having a good time with his companions.
I couldn’t even watch this whole video without tears of joy welling up in my eyes. So proud for Dale making it into the HOF with a bunch of the other greats, among the likes of his daddy. Jr. Nation always has and always will be alive and well!!
I am so proud of Jr. Yes, he never won a cup championship. But he never had to. He has done so much to be legendary in his own way. So congratulations Jr in your induction to the hall of fame. You have definitely earned it. This Bud is for you!🍻
If Nascar was as big as the NFL or NBA Sale JR would be the most loved athlete of all time. It was almost impossible to find someone who disliked him he raced and even harder now. He could make the crowd yell louder than 43 engines. There will never be another driver as loved as Dale Jr.
This man and his father is got me into nascar... I started watching a year or 2 before Sr passed ..... He would be so proud of his son and it's a crime he wasn't here to witness this!
Seeing the man Jr. has become is amazing. Father, racing legend, ambassador for an awesome sport, and now a hall of famer, well done Dale. It is very obvious but I'm sure seeing this moment from above brought a tear of pride and joy from Dale Sr's eye.
Congratulations Junior! True ambassador for the sport. Great job recognizing all the wonderful people who helped you along the way. Keep up the great work and enthusiasm.
This was just awesome. I have never met Jr but just like his Dad it feels as if i have. What a humble, well spoken an appreciative person he has become. Just imagine being the son of the intimidator, how hard that could have been. He had to continually work to prove himself to his Dad the fans and to himself. He carried the sport on his back after losing his own father and in turn he stepped out of any shadows and became his own man, a seemingly great husband, father and man. He's a legend of this sport and this is without a doubt WELL deserved 👏
When the camera cuts to Mike Helton and you see him tear up with emotion, that is a sacred moment. Mike's normal stoic demeanor softens and you can see how meaningful it was for Jr to mention him. What a beautiful thing.
Congratulations to Dale Jr 💙he definitely deserves to be in the hall of fame ❤️ plus I enjoy watching the Dale Jr download and lost speedways as well ☺️
Lost interest several year ago, but will always be a part of Junior nation. He speaks for many of us whose lives were changed by the people who held us accountable. Love the download
Jr has become probably the best known driver in racing. I've followed him through his entire career in nascar and he and his dad are the only two I rooted for! The only thing I think he should have done in his speech tonight was to thank his daddy! If it wasn't for his daddy he probably wouldn't have gotten the chance!
Wonderfully conducted. Thoroughly admire the authenticity of Dale and his humble acknowledgements to all of those who are due. He carried quite a burden as the son in the shadow of his fathers spectacular achievements but cut a path all his own and did so admirably. He seems to be the kind of guy that regular people could all call a friend. That in addition to his professional accolades is perhaps the greatest success of all. Being able to appeal to and relate with all walks of life. Both thumbs up 👍👍

Flooded with so many thoughts... Early on, it was clear that Jr was consistently one of the best interviews in the sport, honest, insightful, candid ... quite refreshing really. Over time, his phenomenal development... in all phases of his life, should be an absolute inspiration to all. Living in a fishbowl, under constant intense pressure and scrutiny, despite all that ... he's still grown both professionally and personally. His Daddy would certainly be proud. We nearly lost him, both to head injuries, as well as dangerously close brush with death, in a firey jet crash landing with wife, baby girl, and their dog... barely escaped. He's morphing into the sports leading historian, and that level of knowledge and experience is growing more and more with every long form interview he performs. Best of luck Jr, to you and all those you care about. Without question, your Daddy would be very proud.

One of best people we’ve all been gifted with. There’s nothing to say to the people who bad mouth this man. Stats aren’t what put people in the hall of fame like so many dense fans believe. He’s had such an impact on the sport as a whole and I’ll forever be a fan of everything he’s done on and off the track.
Love you Dale. I lost my Dad in January of 2004 and that next month while I watched in tears you won the Daytona 500. Thanks for giving me some Joy in such a terrible time. Always a fan
Dale Junior is a class act and as humble as they come. We need more people like him in this world. Keep doing your thing ,Junior.
WHEN IT COMES FROM THE HEART ITS EASY TO SAY AND SPEAK IT THAT WAS ONE OF THE MOST HEARTFELT AND SENCERITY SPEECHES EVER BAR NONE TOP ECHELON PERSON DALE JR..
Such an ambassador for the sport and the man, husband, and father he's become has been incredible to watch. Junior nation! Congrats 👏 sir. ✌️
Respect Dale Jr and his contributions to this world. What a great guy he has proven to be. Could not be prouder if he were my own Grandson. Blessings to him and his loved ones. So sorry his Mammaw passed before his induction.
What a honor it was growing up and watching Dale Jr and what he has become.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. isn't just a NASCAR driver. He's NASCAR itself. I'd love to see him have a directorial role in the sport.
Congratulations, Dale. You deserve it
I couldn’t even watch this whole video without tears of joy welling up in my eyes.
I was never a Jr fan, but loved to watch him race. I really enjoy his podcast series and the history he shows us
Great Speech! So well Deserved!!! Congratulations 🎉
Congratulations to him
Where are you chatting from if I may ask?
This man and his father is got me into nascar... I started watching a year or 2 before Sr passed ..... He would be so proud of his son and it's a crime he wasn't here to witness this!
Seeing the man Jr. has become is amazing. Father, racing legend, ambassador for an awesome sport, and now a hall of famer, well done Dale.
It is very obvious but I'm sure seeing this moment from above brought a tear of pride and joy from Dale Sr's eye.
WHAT A GREAT SPEECH DALE !!!!!! 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Congratulations Junior! True ambassador for the sport. Great job recognizing all the wonderful people who helped you along the way. Keep up the great work and enthusiasm.
Dale is just one true class act! Congrats man, well deserved! 👏🏻
Dale jr was my all time favorite nascar driver and it’s so good to see him enter the nascar hall of fame!!!
How do you not like and respect Dale Jr. So much class. 🙏
Congrats Jr. I’ve been a fan of you since I started watching the sport and I’m so glad to see you in the hall of fame. 100% deserved it
This was just awesome.
Junior has a huge heart and great love for all. Thanks for being so gracious
Class , class class. His love for his sport is unrivaled.. congratulations Jr.. and family
When the camera cuts to Mike Helton and you see him tear up with emotion, that is a sacred moment. Mike's normal stoic demeanor softens and you can see how meaningful it was for Jr to mention him. What a beautiful thing.
Congrats to the best man that was ever behind the wheel in my eyes. So much adversity, pressure to succeed and trauma. Always loved junior.
Congratulations to Dale Jr 💙he definitely deserves to be in the hall of fame ❤️ plus I enjoy watching the Dale Jr download and lost speedways as well ☺️

Awesome speech. Congratulations on your Hall of Fame induction, you definitely deserve and earned this induction.
You led every lap of that speech, well done Dale, and thank you for who you are and what you do for this sport. We love you!
This will always be junior nation!! Hell yeah dale
What a class act and true gentleman. Way to go JR you've definitely earned it bud
Lost interest several year ago, but will always be a part of Junior nation. He speaks for many of us whose lives were changed by the people who held us accountable. Love the download
That was an awesome speech and well deserved
Both thumbs up 👍👍
As a diehard fan of sr and Jr, this was the best speech I've ever heard from Jr and I can't stop holding back the tears when he thanked us his fans of supporting him and having his back. And we surely did 💯 %!!!
Congrats, Jr. Not sure the sport could make it without your continued participation as a team owner and broadcaster.
Congratulations Dale Jr! Going to the races and watching on tv was the highlight of my life when you were racing. Yes, Jr Nation always had your back!
Congratulations Dale Jr. Miss you racing NASCAR isn’t the same without you.

@@howardtonio9262 I actually think I got brain cancer reading your comment. Jr didn't get in on his dad's name. If you knew anything about Dale Sr you'd know he was a shitty father. He didn't even want to put Jr in a Busch car. The HOF isn't about just racing. It's about the impact you've made on the sport as a whole. Honestly though, I don't expect to be able to change your mind. Maybe you should go back to watching tennis.

@@howardtonio9262 Yeah. You've said that. Repeatedly. Nobody's talking about him right now, though. Jr may not have had the success but he was a huge part of progressing the sport and bringing more eyes to it. He also holds the record for most consecutive wins at Talladega and won the 500 twice so he's not just some bum. @@hunterspadaro290 hes just upset that JR laughs at him all the way to the bank, oh wait, JR doesnt even know this loser exists.
I'm so happy Dale Jr loves the sport as much or more as fans do. We're so lucky to have him be so open and add so much to the lore and history of the sport. I didn't appreciate Dale as a driver as much as I could have, but him taking his steps into ownership and his podcast are vital for connecting NASCAR's past to its future.
Thanks, Dale. Keep adding to your legacy. You deserve it, and we appreciate it.

Congrats Junior WELL WELL DESERVED
An incredible man and human being, an amazing ambassador for this sport I love so much, and a great role model. Dale Jr., that’s the best speech I’ve ever witnessed.
