This is not just teaching you how to cook korean dishes it's also teach you korean ! Everything about the video is great ! Definitely deserve a thumbs up!
Last year, we had an exhibition and we are assigned for korean culture. I volunteered to cook and made this three, they loved the last one so much (also my teacher) that my teacher wants me to make them again if I have free time so im gonna cook again.ty! I am just 13 btw :P
I love it when something is simple. Just finished my first 'K-night' for dinner and I'm already thinking of what to serve for the next one. I'll definitely be trying these, and the fried kimchi tomorrow with leftovers :D
hehe I used to have lots of old winter kimchi when I was in Korea and living with my parents before I got married..but since I moved to America.. it is not easy to have it..because I don't make big batch of winter kimchi for myself and family.. anyway..hehe miss my mom's winter kimchi..
Bryson and Logan love gamja jorim too.. :) I can not wait to see your Korean food pics again once you get the Korean ingredients from online shopping ;) What will you make first..hmm.. 🤔Let me know later.. ;)
Oh, I'm very sorry for the difficulties you go through from the hurricane. Hope things go back to normal soon and you can cook something delicious again.. let me know when you get your electricity back. cheer up !!!
I loved your video😻and it looks easy and I'm going to try these side dishes 😄I'm so happy that I can finally cook Korean food 🍲 I like the way you explaining things in korean it's very helpful💜... Because I'm learning Korean 💜
I've made all of these banchan before except that the egg one didn't have the crab sticks. I'll have to give this one a try. I love kimchi so that is my favorite banchan.
i loved that last dish so much. Are there any other dishes that use rolled omelets? I can see myself going wild rolling omelets around everything. I might even substitute it for seaweed. I feel so horrible but i am utterly unable to follow any recipe perfectly. Thanks so much. Am gonna try the spinach as well.
Hi Carole, you are right. we can be creative and use different kind of ingredients to roll the egg. We already have a particular dish to roll the egg with dried laver too. yummy ~~~~ :) thanks for your comment.
I'm sorry but.. what is 다시마 수프??.. ㅎㅎㅎ I've never heard of it before.. is it a Korean food? You even typed the name in Korean..so it must be a Korean food.. lol

Thank you for sharing your video. New subscriber here. I love Korean food and am just starting to learn how to cook. Should the sesame seeds be cooked first?

Hi Aeris , i like all your menu actually . Can you please show us how to make ... its like a peanuts and something sweet and salty. I dont know what do you called this but i tasted it before at some korean resto. Thank you so much God bless you.
hi Shant Ranmale, You can just roll the egg without anything inside..but if you still want to try something.. you can try.. hotdog, ham, or spam also.. in that case.. since they are kind of salty.. I might reduce the amount of salt in the egg..
hi Kookie Noona, I didn't try it yet..but I know some people make kimchi with normal cabbage in Korea.. so I think it is possible.. your question made me curious about it now.. I need to try it someday.
I can see there are some similar flavor food in Filipino cuisine and Korean cuisine.. so it's not a surprise that you want to cook Korean food. I've tried some of your food and I liked them. :) Thanks
I absolutely love korean food and I wanna cook some for my wife! I was wondering: What substitude can I use for crab stick? Its hard and expensive to find where I live :(
I made a barbecued ribeye steak and mashed potato dinner for my niece the other day. I also made your spinach recipe as a side dish. My niece took one bite and said, “This spinach is blowing my mind!” I sent her the link to your video.
hi Ro So, well ~~~~ the fried kimchi .. yes !! you can keep it for a week.. spinach side...hmm... it will be good for 2-3 days for the best flavor..but you can still eat for a week.. egg side dish tastes the best right after you cook when it's still warm.. but you can keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.. it's just my personal opinion .. all of them will not be rotten or go bad in a week...
You can skip the sesame oil.. but not replace it with soy sauce or fish sauce.. since you already made it salty enough with the salt..depends on your taste, you can use soy sauce or fish sauce instead of salt.. :)
Good video. Will definitely give it a try. How long can the spinach side dish last if I were to store it in the fridge? Or do I need to finish it after every time I make it?
