I just finished 6 months of chemo, and about to have surgery in a week, followed by radiation. The exhaustion is still pretty bad and the depression has set it. Need to start moving! So grateful for this series!
Good luck with your surgery. We have some tips on preparing for surgery you might find helpful here: www.lbbc.org/about-breast-cancer/treatments/surgery/preparing-surgery.
It's normal to feel many different feelings during breast cancer treatment. Here is some additional information and resources for support: www.lbbc.org/about-breast-cancer/emotional-health/depression

Great exercise class. I am a survivor out 14 yrs. Still have lymphedema and neuropathy. Otherwise living my best life and so thankful for each day. ❤️
Keep it up
Really energizing workout and 15 mins is very doable for me!
You got this!
I was recently diagnosed with 2 cancers and have had surgery and radiation for one. Now beginning treatment for the other. I stopped my gym membership because the classes didn't fit my appt schedule. They also didn't understand my situation. I just finished day 1 and love your channel. It's a relief to be able to exercise at my level on my time. Thank you so much!
Nice work getting re-started! Good luck with your treatment. Exercise can help with treatment-related side effects, such as fatigue, sleep disruptions, chemobrain, and anxiety, so keep it up if you are able.
