Thanku so much sir....for considering my feedback and implented the new initiative. Now i will tell to my all colleagues to subscribe ur this channel for JAIIB CAIIB AND BANKING KNOWLEDGE.
Welcome brother. Banker's like you are the purpose and motivation of our channel. If you people are ready to adjust to our " Kam chalane layek Hindi" we will deliver with full power.
Since you mentioned about JAIIB and CAIIB let me tell you something. I cleared CAIIB around 10 years back that too in old syllabus pattern, so not much aware of the current scenario. However one thing I can say with condfidence that I can teach the numerical and case study portion of balancesheet / ratio analysis far better than many. My challenge is that I need some old books, Various sample questions to understand the pattern. If anyone can help me with that I promise to deilver a content of excellance. Just drop me an email ramitsengupta@gmail.com with your phone number and I will get back to you.

If creditor is more than stock we will net out the balance creditors from the debtors then deduct margin as well. If creditor is more than debtors and stock then DP will be nil.

Ma'am How to fix drawing power at the time of sanctioning fresh working capital. Is it equal to maximum sanction limit or less than that? You are requested to clarify
@@ShuddhDesiBanking Ma'am I went through the video again, and got it that initial DP could be fixed based on projected level of stock, just like we fix limit based on projected sale (presuming turnover method)but i still have one doubt. How much projected stock we prescribe to borrower, based on which we will calculate DP(both for turnover and MPBF method) ?
As we have already discussed there is no fixed rule for this. We can give you a solution which is mathematically correct. Lets say the company has projected its cost of sales to be 144 lacs annualy so monthly cost of sales would be roughly around 12 lacs. Now in order to arrive this COS of 12 lacs how much debtors and RM required you can work out proportionately. Accordingly you can fix the DP. But let us say the company has sufficient orders in hand, it is a running unit without any WC limit. It has approached bank only with the purpose of meeting the demands of increase in order. So it will be unfair to hold back any portion of working capital. In that case you may release the full amount at one go. In case of brand new limit it is always advisable to increase the limit gradually. In case of existing running unit you can release the full amount in one go. For that our logic is most of the cases company is already having enough stock and debtors to match the DP and avail the full sanctioned limit. Be it turnover or be it MPBF the formula for calculating DP remains same. Hope this clarifies.

What may be margin on stocks in case limit was assessed under turnover method.?
15 to 25% for MSME accounts. Every bank has specific products for MSME. Please check your guidelines.
