Yeah, the thing most of ya'll aren't seeing is that this WRX is pretty beat up. Lots of rust, crapy paint, dents everywhere... Its not worth the effort of trying to make it nice.
That being said I'd love to buy a nice WRX and make it sick...

this is why i love subarus. since they were one of the "smaller" Japanese car companies. they made A LOT of their parts interchangeable. like ie, the 2008-2013 impreza interior is the exact same as the same years of forester.

I did this on my 97 Impreza. Used the stock top hats on 03 forester struts, got the trailing arm brackets from a 99 outback and adjustable trailing arms. Worked great. Also I was getting about a 1/2 inch rake in the front so a 1/4 inch strut top space helped level it. Running 215/70r16 all terrain tires
I also cut the fenders for fitment

Another fix for that nut that came free on the trailing arm bolt is to remove the rear seat and cut a hole to access the top of that frame rail. Then you can get a socket on the nut and back it out, then install a new bolt and nut back in and put the rear seat back in. Easy peasy

Finally, the rally Miata might start actually looking like a rally car! I'm happy this swap is in motion, the old "rally" Miata just looked like some mudbogger Miata then anything near a rally car, the wheels and tires will definitely pull it back into the rally car look.

I don't know if you'll see this but a good tip when undoing bolt/nuts with an impact, is to hold the bolt and undo the nut. That way you're not spinning off a whole bolt, just the nut. Usually less effort.
I have the same setup a little higher up (07 xt struts and 1in spacers) on my 05rs and for a better spacer for the trailing arms 2inch box steel 1/4 thick works well it will never move on you that's wat I did goodluck and enjoy it

Once this is done and the rusty baru is gone, i think you should do a nice daily-series. you deserve one and it´d also be cool to see, small and decent quality-of-life-mods, chip-tuning for better fuel consumption and more power, nice sound-system maybe (nice as in nice not bass-wars), etc etc.
actual thought would be a 10 year old luxury car like an S-class or something
you get them for 10-15 grand and theyre usually really nice to own but expensive to fix when something DOES break but doing those fixes yourself can be very rewarding.
Look at trailing arm spacers from anderson design fabrication. I used to run them on my lifted outback sport. Super well built and easy to install.

Going forward, anytime you change the angle of rubber bushing mounted control arms loosen both sides and then torque them down at the final ride height. By forcing the rubber bushing past what it wants to be at they deteriorate faster.

On my 05 OBS I went with Feals gravel suspension, white Sparco Terras, and 215/65/16 Grabber ATX tires. Definitely should have went with 15" wheels though... More tire options

I'm about to buy my 8th car and it's my first subie it's a 03 wrx sti impreza with a 4 inch lift...I'm not a fan of lifted cars but it was only subie in my price range
If you write over the permanent marker with a dry erase marker ,it will take it right off

Nice job, would have prefered to see a solid block spacer for the rear trailing arms or at least the tube's welded with bar between each tube to stiffen rhem as they could collapse or bend and pull out under hich load say hooning off road, yes it actually looks good I did not think it would, a station wagon bug eye would look very good I think if you go for another one.
