After witnessing the ending of Mirage, I know everything know, how Basim turned into the Valhalla Basim, it was shocking.
True but there are still loose ends so hoping for a dlc to tie those ends 😎

I really want a Basim sequel or DLC that takes place inbetween the ending of Mirage and before Valhalla, and it ends with Basim meeting Sigurd. I completed Mirage yesterday and Basim has become my favourite protagonist of all the characters i have played in this series
My opinion did make a huge turn after playing Mirage, in Valhalla i did think he was an a#@ but absolutely loved the character in Mirage, hoping for dlc as well all tho Ubisoft so far has no plans for such a thing
@Skatha yes I think a dlc would probably work better than an entire sequel, but I will just make myself happy for what Mirage is because I really loved the game, but I think a dlc would be an excellent opportunity
@@Mike-nd1oo as a dlc we would have piles of unfixed bugs and glitches that are still in Valhalla tho 🤔
It would also be nice for Mirage to get a whole sequel but I doubt it. DLC could be likely though. Although Basim is a kind of generic character aside from the Loki stuff I get the vibe the writers at Ubisoft really want to make him an in depth character.
Imo out of the more recent AC games the one character most deserving of sequels is Bayek, but since it seems like things got shafted on that end I’m willing to see if they go anywhere else with Basim. Kinda sad how I’m so desperate for any actual assassin related content in Assassin’s Creed games now.

For real, basim is becoming the next ezio… yes we didn’t play as him during Valhalla but he was very much there and important to the story and then the next game was based on basim and there’s still a period of time we haven’t yet seen and that’s the time between mirage and Valhalla

I haven't finished it yet but I really love the story so far. I also really enjoy the fact that you have to go up the ranks, but you only get talismans and a few dyes. I also really like that you have to solve cases to discover order members, I feel like this kind of system would be good for a modern day game if they ever make one, like being a detective Assassin in the 20th century New York

@@Skatha Yeah. Roshan’s Voice Actress on the other hand doesn’t forcefully change her voice. Her Voice is naturally deep and that’s what makes it cool
I played mirage before Valhalla and i was so confused at the ending of mirage. Then once I played Valhalla I was stoked to see basim. Then the ending of Valhalla just blew my mind and it all made sense to me.

Like roshan did "leave the Creed" so why is she still trying to fulfil her promise to Basim that she will stop him if he enters the cave/isu temple 🤔 she threw her blade to the feet of master Rayhan so at what point she got it back 🤔

@@Skatha Well, she looks very similar and the name which she is referred to in Valhalla (Al-Si’la/The Hag) is also what Basim calls her in the Harem mission in Mirage. They also have a similar personality, but nothing’s been confirmed.

Honestly the ending of mirage explains why roshan has a makeshift hidden blade and generally doesn’t look like an assassin so I’m glad they cleared that up

I know I’m being a little far fetched but I seen Rohan’s face in Division 2 lol and the lady had on a hood too. Not saying it’s a connection but it makes sense cause Ubisoft is apart of the making of division as well. The character face builds are similar.

@@Sniper_RX Nope she is named that cause she does not want her father name in hers (play mirage for the reason) so she is called that in Arabic which translates to "The daughter of no one" and altair is in the same situation as he is "son of no one" so even tho they can be related but still her name does not conclude that.

Ibn is son/daughter so she said she is daughter of noneone so i would say based on that they would not be related 🤔

I’m a hella casual fan of AC so all the reincarnation stuff I’m still getting my head around so someone please help me out here. Roshan, Basim, and Hytham are all in Mirage, in the 9th century, but ALSO in Valhalla in the 15th century. I know Basim is a reincarnation of an Isu (I think??? Correct me if I’m wrong.) and PROBABLY has a longer lifespan than normal humans (again, correct me if I’m wrong) but how do Roshan and Hytham also manage to live some 500+ years between the events of these games? Someone help me out here I am genuinely confused and want to understand.
Mirage is set 12-20 years before events in Valhalla 👍 in Mirage we can see Haytham as a kid not even in his teens while Basim was young adult, in Valhalla he was more matured

Valhalla is set 9th century same as mirage , basim is a sage , sages were first introduced in ac4 black flag with bartholomew roberts , and then unity with templar germain , eivor , basim sigurd ect, they do not have longer lifespans reason kassandra lived so long is beacse she had the isu staff of hermes which prolongs life , otherwise they age the same as humans , to understand the lore better I really suggest playing from ac1 onwards if you havent already you will not regret it the older games are far more superior in story telling, game mechanics ect yes the graphics are dated but the story makes up for It

mirage put odyssey, valhalla and even origins to shame. too bad, the game is too short (100% the game at around 35 hours), its by far the best looking game ubisoft ever made and the best modern proper ac game. really enjoyed it. waiting for new game plus this month so i dont need to grind again. ac red will be released for december next year for christmas i heard. man, it will take so long to wait. hopefully ghost of tsushima will be available early next year.
Dude, Mirage is the bomb! It's like Ubisoft took all the best parts of Odyssey, Valhalla, and Origins and cranked it up to 11. Totally agree that the game could've been longer though. Can't wait for new game plus and AC Red next year! And fingers crossed for Ghost of Tsushima too! But Avatar first, i'm afraid tho that the ng+ will come out 5th of Dec or 12th of Dec as i predicted in my news video about ng+ and perma death
Personally I liked valhalla better mirage was kind of disappointing compared to valhalla
@@khalil4789 valhalla is the lamest of all. there is literally nothing special about it. odyssey has the best rpg game mechanic and the best looking one. origins has the best story, ambience and environment. mirage has the best assassination, animation, lightings, shadows. valhalla ? none to speak of. i completed all of them 100%. and enjoyed mirage the best, origins second, odyssey 3rd, and valhalla lastly.

Honestly people seem to forget that mirage is literally DLC packaged as a full new game… it was cancelled dlc for Valhalla cranked into a single format instead of a dlc. This series should go straight to the bin, hasn’t been good for years.

@@iljas5952 said no because yes Basim stabbed Roshan but on the shoulder, after Basim is done with the Isu temple amd the ending cutscenes starts to roll out we can see that Roshan is with Master Rayhan and tosses her hidden blade on the ground and leaves

@Skatha it just felt really bland to me, the voice actors were meh, and the overall game just felt like a subpar RPG. Every playtheough is basically the same seeing as there's zero RNG when it comes to weapons and armor, and no NG+ makes that even worse. For me it was a one and done. Played the story and the two DLC that came with my deluxe edition, then I watched videos about the ragnarok dlc. Idk. I just have absolutely no willingness/urge to ever play it again.

Love the cultural appropriation of making loki arabic but yeah he is still my favourite character. Sadly he was robbed of england content and odin his brother was made a lady... to top off the chance thay had to give basim content in valhalla was given to a roshan cameo... for the man who founded the british brotherhood this is a lot of effort to avoid playing as him in england.
