    You even include how to open the hood? Never seen that in any other video. You had my boyfriend in mind when you included that detail. 💕 Superb teaching!

    I did this job in about 3 minutes . I didn't remove anything extra other than the connector to the driving light next to the turn indicator , This allowed me easy access to turn indicator and I completed the job in only a few minutes . Bit of lateral thinking and divine intervention I think

    I recently replaced the signal bulb with a LED one, it is blinking faster than usual, any ideas?

    • @VirarAutomotive
      @VirarAutomotive  Рік тому

      Probably because the LED uses such little wattage, the car thinks its a blown bulb. I am guessing you only replaced the one bulb, like just the front one and not the rear one?
      Normally when you two normal bulbs and one of them blows, (front one or rear one), you get that fast blinking.

      There are some aftermarket solution specifically to address this. It's called a LED load resistor. You can find the proper one on Amazon. Here a sample one. But if its too much work, then I'd say just switch back to the regular bulb. www.amazon.ca/4PCS-ARTR-6ohm-Load-Resistors/dp/B00UNG3EXQ/

    By any chance do you know the model number for the socket? I've been trying to find one but no luck

      Sorry no idea. I imagine it would be a pretty standard size though. Maybe try the local auto parts store ? Tell them what the bulb number that goes in the socket and they could use that to find the bulb socket part number ?

    That worked. Mine had plastic fasteners instead of Phillips screws. I also had to remove bolts from the bottom the moulding. What a nuisance.

    Hi I’m trying to change the turn signal bulbs front for led but I don’t know exactly which type of bulb is. Do you know what kind of bulb does Mazda 3 2013 use? Thanks

      Use a switchback light bulb. Not only does it change colour from white when on but changes to orange when indicating and goes back to white when you turn off the indicator.
