- This is a fun journaling exercise inspired by Shannon Green.
In Part 1 the challenge is to get paint or ink on 20 journal pages in 15 minutes. The purpose is to free yourself from over-thinking. There is no time to think--just paint! Thanks, Shannon. Can't wait to start Part 2.

over one year later and i'm still watching these. i've had your JB5s on playlist and i'm loving it just as much now as i did then. if you don't mind me saying your JB5s and Cat Hand's are my favorite to watch. i have been with you since day one and i will continue to follow you. really love all of your work Lisa : )

You totally flew through that! I think limiting the colors like you did was a great idea. It makes the whole think a little more cohesive.
