- Interviews are the last stage in the selection process for any job in Public Sector PSU like IOCL, ONGC, BPCL, GAIL, SAIL, NFL, NMDC, NPCIL, HPCL, NTPC, BHEL or in government sector such as ISRO, BARC, DRDO etc
Interviews are also very important for selection in M Tech, MS and PhD courses in Indian universities such as IIT, IISc, IIM, NITIE as well as foreign universities. Interviews in IIT IIM etc for MS PhD FPM are done in summer as well as for winter admissions. Winter admission in IITs for MS PhD courses has very high probability of selection and is normally at low GATE score.
Interviews also known as personnel interview (PI) have normally two stages first is known as (HR) and the second one is technical interview. In HR many questions related to candidate’s profile are asked such as his introduction, CV or biodata related information like hobbies and interest, strength and weaknesses, gap year in career, parental background, place of birth etc. In technical interview, favourite subjects are asked and questions are asked from these subjects. Questions related to organisation and from B.Tech project and internship are also asked.
YourPedia education is the dedicated platform preparing students for interviews in PSU, IIT, IISc, IIM etc. Regular snap and mock interviews for PSU, IITs, IISc, Campus Placements are conducted by the mentors of yourpedia. Mock interviews for PSU, ISRO, BARC, MS, PhD in IIT etc are conducted in two stages. HR mock are conducted separately and technical mock interviews are taken separately. Full Mock interviews for PSU, MS, PhD and campus placement are conducted thereafter. Hundreds of recorded mock interviews of students are provided for the learning. Entire interview preparation module is prepared by yourpedia and kept on its panel or website for the students. Students preparing for interviews of various jobs through placements, PSU, govt sector such as ISRO, BARC etc are provided learning material for preparation of interviews. Learning material is provided in the form of written material as well as recorded videos are provided. Interview preparation through mock interviews is also part of Post GATE counselling guidance module of yourpedia. This module is for admission into MS MTech Phd courses in IIT IISc IIM NIT IIIT post GATE exam. Detailed booklets containing the probable questions of each subject along with the questions asked in the actual interviews are provided. Hence Mock interviews for PSU IIT etc is very important component of the post GATE counselling module of YourPedia education.
Hence we strongly suggest the mock interview preparation guidance module of yourpedia to those who are preparing for various jobs in PSU and Govt like IOCL, NTPC, ONGC, GAIL, NFL, NPCIL, HPCL, BPCL, RCFL, SAIL, BHEL, ISRO, BARC, DRDO, WBPSC, RPSC, PPSC, OPSC jobs in states of AE through Public Service Commission. Mock interview preparation guidance module is part of post gate counselling guidance module of yourpedia which is for both admission into IIT NIT IIIT IISc NITIE as well as jobs PSU and Govt. It also helps those going for campus placement modules. This module helps students about “How to prepare for HR and Interviews for PSU”, how to learn favourite technical subjects, what HR questions are asked in PSU or IIT interviews, what questions are asked from B Tech project and internship etc.

Sir can we say that if a material is stiff that means there is negligible elastic strain in the material but if a material is elastic then there is elastic strain in material which is fully recoverable upon unloading of material....
So basically is Young's Modulus is high, that means it's Stiffness is high as we need very high stress to produce a definite elastic strain inside the specimen and since the Young's Modulus (E) is high, it's elasticity is high too... Because E for Aluminum = 70 GPa and E for Steel = 210 GPa, thus E (steel) > E(Aluminum) and hence we say Steel is more elastic than aluminum..Correct explanation???
Stiffness is Ability of a material to resist elastic deformation.
@@shettyrajeshwar7408 that i know but is my explanation regarding the elasticity comparison of Steel and Aluminium above is correct or not?😊
@@kabeerdixit9364 Yes it is crct whatever u said about elasticity comparison.
Thanks
