That is right. Nevertheless the first one still remains cheeting.
He wouldn't have done if this goal was disallowed as it should've.
The second goal was magnificent, and heartbreaking as an England fan, as we’d had the better of the game. Although the ‘Hand of a rascal’ goal was blood boiling at the time, it created a bit of football history, so that’s something. That or 1990 could have been our year. We play more measured football in the modern era, so semi-finals and finals will become more commonplace I would imagine, but I loved this full throttle era of English international football. Zero changes where made to the way we played, it was almost a tournament of different styles, a football equivalent of early UFC! All teams that do well play in a similar fashion now. We just caught on 20 years later than everyone else.
The English crying about injustice is just hilarious.

@@mishswb4950 no it’s not part of the game. But he’s a winner and will do whatever is necessary. It’s the World Cup, not an under 8’s friendly. Even though it was against England, I think it was genius. If that was England doing it, no one would complain.
I guess it comes down to if you’re a winner or a natural loser.
@@mishswb4950 😭😭😭😭
You’re a disgrace to your country son. I’m American and even I see how that was complete bull 💩.
To all england supporters. You keep on crying about this incident as if your national team in 86 could have won the World Cup. Actually, the only world cup won by england in 1966 was because of not 1 but 2 terrible refereeing mistakes. So spare us your whining.
the dribbling between three players at first worth at least half a goal!
Rest in peace Bobby Robson, always great to see clips of him show up.
Great coach but a truly fantastic person.
@@gkm2928 Couldn’t agree more.
What he did was revenge for the world cup they won when the ball was a whole leg out of play but they kept playing and scored the winning goal
The greatest moment of football history. The world cheered for Argentina.
Well you jocks need something to cheer for😂
@wtf_isthat I'm actually Irish not Scottish, not that it mattered back then, like I said the entire world cheerd for Argentina that day.
must be really sad being you
Personally I think Henrys goal in 2010 was better. Does it bother you English is more widely spoken in Ireland than Gaelic?
@jondickinson2864 😂 then why are we talking about a goal that happened in the 80s? Dose it bother you that the smallest country in the british empire iniatiated its decline. Dose it bother you that 1300 Irish men built the titanic but it too only one English man to sink it?
