Always look forward to your fun, entertaining and informative videos… Your restaurant and food commentaries and reviews are awesome! Need more Matthew!
Hey Matthew another great food video…the Beef Wellington looked great, and so did the Mac and cheese, I also liked the look of the restaurant, cool vibe. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Great video Matthew, the Rib Cap looked delicious, my favorite. I can't do Beef Wellington too rare for me. Everything looked great and I would definitely try it for sure.
It was great to meet you after you had this meal...I guess I was the dessert!🥳 That Justin guy was kind of annoying in the background.🤣 I think I would of been a better dinner guest...just saying.🥰😎😁
The atmosphere in this restaurant looks amazing and not too loud. Sounds and looks like the food and staff are 1st class . Adding to my wishlist for my next Vegas trip.😋
I really liked my experience at GR Steak. That rib cap looked amazing. The Beef Wellington was very good, just filet never has the flavor of a rib eye/NY Strip, the texture is so butter soft.
The rib cap, mac & cheese and the sliders looked delicious. My favorite Steakhouse in vegas is Homestead at caesars palace. Trying Oscars July 9th for the first time. Hopefully we get the amazing Bobby
That rib cap look so juicy and tender, I’m drooling over here. The only thing is that price. I don’t think I’d pay almost $100 for one 8oz rib cap that does not come with sides. Thanks for another great Foooooood video.
I mean not to say "I told you so" but....I have mentioned multiple times in the chat how Steak is good and better than Hell's Kitchen Quote of the day ...good to try new things 👍🏻 #IToldYouSo 😂
There's no doubt that you're a great "Food Consultant"...🤔I just wish that you could stick with a logo for your "brand"... I'm tired of having to keep buying new t-shirts! 😡
Been to GR Steak a few times. Had the rib cap topped with fois gras last time. It was AMAZING!! I do agree their prices are slightly on the higher side, but it’s worth it. Also tried the Beef Wellington, wasn’t a fan of it.
It was a cool place to check out with a great vibe and great food. And by far the fastest service of any steakhouse I've been too without sacrificing on quality.
It's hard to find a steak with that good char on top. The only steak place in Vegas that made the best steaks was "Ballys Steakhouse". Of course they are out of business. I do remember "craftsteak" being pretty good as well.
We really enjoyed eating there. I’d say it’s definitely more of an “experience” to say you ate there vs the food. There’s much better steakhouses for sure in Vegas.
My husband and I went to the Gordon Ramsay Steak restaurant in Paris hotel. I had beef Wellington and my husband had the Rib Cap. I have not been to many steak restaurant’s in Las Vegas but this Steakhouse. I didn’t want to go back everything was all right but that’s all it was including the sticky toffee pudding. My husband was born and raised in the UK. I’ve been to “Oscars”, “Gordon Ramsey” , and I’ve been to Wolfgang pucks “CUT” at the Venetian. My favorite was Oscars and CUT. The service wasn’t great at Gordon Ramsey‘s. ( I say this because we had a reservation and we had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated for that reservation outside of the restaurant/ had to look for waiter a few times/ this was after the pandemic everybody had to wear facemasks and less you had food in front of your face so it could be just the time, and maybe they were understaffed) The service at Oscars and CUT was exceptional. Again this is my opinion! My husband and I are going to try Hell’s Kitchen next. I will say this Gordon Ramsay’s fish and chips is excellent! I highly recommend the dirty fries! Thank you Matthew
A good option for Ribcap on the strip if you don’t mind the price but I think I’d prefer Oscar’s there’s just something special about that place #ribcapcrew
Ramsay is such a conceited chef for not allowing the customer to decide how they want their beef wellington cooked. Rare is not the way most people order their steaks. I would pass on his establishment.
We just ate here last week and while the food was really good, we were disappointed when our server told us that he wasn't allowed to split up our bill -- we had 10 guests, 6 of which were 3 sets of couples, and 4 solo travelers. So rather than splitting up the bill for us we were forced into this really awkward situation of trying to figure out how to divide up our $1,400 check in a way that made sense. Because of this I don't recommend going to Gordon Ramsay Steak with a large group.
Definitely next up on my list. And one I very much look forward to. Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill was good. Hell’s Kitchen also good but definitely overrated.
As soon as I saw the title, I immediately thought Rib Cap *ALL DAY* . Tenderloin is the most overrated of the "premium cuts" of beef. And I ain't tryin to eat puff pastry and mushroom duxelle. Give me a steak and some butter roasted mushrooms as a side.
Can’t believe you rubbished fries. How do you mess up fries? Or…,Was it all that great you just didn’t need them. Prime Rib. Better than Oscar’s? What was your view Matthew? Tough to beat a the Prime Rib with Bobby.
The rib cap did look good, but the siders looks tasty also. I agree don’t think the Mac and Cheese would need the pork belly in it. Truffle fries are always hit or Miss for me, some has to much oil that’s overbearing. Beef Wellington? Well too pink for me but I always wonder how that signature dish would taste. Crazy but I found that pull apart bread too be really good only because of the salted butter. Good food video.👍
I can't imagine why you love rib cap so much. I have had it three times - including at Oscars where you rave about it. It's stringy and just not that great a cut of meat in my view. I'm done with it and back to other cuts of steak.
This was a good (as always) food vid, BUT I watched it twice to be sure of my comments. I think Matthew was somehow so impressed by the Ramsay name he proceeded to miss two very important factors of his usually right on assessment: the lack of any really special presentation of the items and, most importantly, the size and thickness of the meats (especially of the ribeye) which FOR THE PRICE were highway robbery. At those prices both the ribeye and the Wellington were skimpy AT BEST. Also, I did not see any special sauces apart from the unappetizing yellow gunk on the plate for the Wellington and that is just totally unacceptable. No medium or high end restaurant would ever serve Beef Wellington without a side of some au jus or something spectacular so that is why Matthew found the Wellington (which I have had at multiple restaurants over the years) less than special compared to the ribeye. To me the Wellington looked dry and boring and a super ripoff at that price point no matter what restaurant you are eating at. For me, this Gordon Ramsey restaurant is a three star (out of five) and would never make it a destination restaurant.
We will be in Vegas June 19-24th to celebrate my birthday! Oscars is on our list for sure. GR Restaurants are done well but yes you pay for that. Donut bar is also on the list even though I didn't win a box of doughnuts this weekend. You can still call me Jimmy-Bagadonuts if you like!PS: Pompsie isn't returning my calls...lol
I’ve been there a few times as well as repeats at all his other places (especially HK). Always great food. Pricing is on par with any other strip dining and celeb dining of the same caliber . If you gonna complain about paying $25 more for a meal on a vacation in Vegas , you are gonna complain about everything. Ramsay places do it right.

I stayed in Paris and didn't get to make it there. Will definetly make it a priority next trip.
Hey Matthew another great food video…the Beef Wellington looked great, and so did the Mac and cheese, I also liked the look of the restaurant, cool vibe. Thanks for sharing. 👍
That’s a definite must I have to eat there! Looked great and that atmosphere looks super cozy with the red color wow 🤩
😼😼😼 Another fun video to watch. Food looked soooo good. So many places to eat at in Vegas. Thanks matthew
Hello Matt Pack
Well done,thanks for the review.
Good capture of the tunnel at the front. Microphone quality was great, Kiddd74 would be impressed. I need to try a rip cap!!! #ribcapcrew
Looks like a great vibe and meal!
The sliders look like a delicious little appetizer. #RibCapCrew! Another great video & now I want some steak.
man i remember a few years ago that rib cap was 65 bucks, then 80, now 99. prices getting crazier by the day
I wouldn’t pay 1/8 of the bill to eat there not big enough portions for me
Great video Matthew, the Rib Cap looked delicious, my favorite. I can't do Beef Wellington too rare for me. Everything looked great and I would definitely try it for sure.
I've only been to Gordon Ramsay Pub at Ceasars. That was great. Need to try this place soon Thanks for another awesome Fooooood Video
The food looked wonderful Matthew 😊
Have reservations in a few weeks. Glad you enjoyed it 😎😎😎
Enjoy!

Awesome video Matthew. Excellent review. So you would know the answer to this is the Canadian border open to visitors?? Thanks for all you do.
Hey Matthew. Awesome video again! Wagyu sliders definitely going to check out. Thanks! Viva.
I Enjoyed that place, I love the foie gras and the American Waygu Skirt
Great review..
You have the best job ever!!
The atmosphere in this restaurant looks amazing and not too loud. Sounds and looks like the food and staff are 1st class . Adding to my wishlist for my next Vegas trip.😋
Great video! As always ya made me hungry!! 🤤 imlvd always been a fan of the beef Wellington next time I’m out there gotta try the rib cap
Hi Mathew are you going to be doing a group pull on the slots and if so how do we find out in advance as we’re finally back in vegas
I really liked my experience at GR Steak. That rib cap looked amazing. The Beef Wellington was very good, just filet never has the flavor of a rib eye/NY Strip, the texture is so butter soft.
Great Video!
Mouth watering! 😀

FYI: they did a major renovation in 2019. Great video, Matthew!
I have eaten the beef Wellington at Hell’s Kitchen and loved it, great video Matthew, loved watching this food review
It all looked yummo! I did the Christmas tasting menu there and was super impressed. I’d definitely go again. #ribcapcrew 🥩
It's hard to find a steak with that good char on top. The only steak place in Vegas that made the best steaks was "Ballys Steakhouse". Of course they are out of business. I do remember "craftsteak" being pretty good as well.
Great review, as always! The Wagu sliders looked super yummy. But the hot question for me is. Who has the best rib cap? I hope it’s Oscars!!
Both amazing but Oscar’s is $30 less!
For sure #ribcapcrew we'll try it for sure but maybe at Oscar's first! ☺️
Good plan
I’ve eaten at GR Steak too and I definitely approve this message. Worth every bit of the $500 you’ll likely spend. Wonderful video Matthew thank you.
Was the rib cap better than Oscar’s? (I know you can’t say besides it being more charred. )
It’s pretty close but I would stick to Oscar’s for $30 less
Beautiful restaurant, cool tunnel .
We really enjoyed eating there. I’d say it’s definitely more of an “experience” to say you ate there vs the food. There’s much better steakhouses for sure in Vegas.
Another great review. So Oscars or Ramsey’s for a rib cap?
Both good! But Oscars is $30 cheaper
You ever collaborate with norma jeli?
So far this has been the best steak house in Vegas so far but I have many to try.
Was the pork belly in the mac and cheese dry? It looked dry, and chewy!
Also staying at Paris so will definitely be trying the ribcap

French fries 🍟 for me
Amazing looking food !
Great video! Would love to know what Las Vegas rib cap is your favorite to date?
You are making me hungry 🥴
Must be nice to go to a place like that
A tad over my budget, but worth trying soon.😋🍹
A good option for Ribcap on the strip if you don’t mind the price but I think I’d prefer Oscar’s there’s just something special about that place #ribcapcrew
You know it!
Ramsay is such a conceited chef for not allowing the customer to decide how they want their beef wellington cooked. Rare is not the way most people order their steaks. I would pass on his establishment.
I thought I couldn't afford this place but that's actually an excellent price 👍🏾
I went when it first opened. Will say the Wellington was ok. But definitely have had better steaks.
We just ate here last week and while the food was really good, we were disappointed when our server told us that he wasn't allowed to split up our bill -- we had 10 guests, 6 of which were 3 sets of couples, and 4 solo travelers. Plus a Large tip.
I love my Filet Mignon and my Rib Eye. I really want to try a Lobster Mac and Cheese, never had that before. LAWRY'S Prime Rib is what I LOVE also.
Now I'm hungry
I’ve never heard of a bad review from Gordon Ramsays places.
i thought Ramsay steak was ok and way too expensive. they couldn't get my aunt's steak the right temperature until the third try
I have. And very often. So overrated.
Matthew, after that dinner I suggest you make a visit to your doctor to check your chloresteral...
it comes that way cause the food is pre done to warm..it's not made there the wellington just heated up ...but I had to just say that
you should have got the sticky toffee pudding. It's the best thing they have at any gordon ramsay restaurant
Looks delicious. So is Gordon Ramsay or Oscars rib cap better?
#Ribcapcrew First?
First!
Rib cap looks 🔥
🎲🎰🥩🍖🤤
should have had a shrimp cocktail
Definitely next up on my list. And one I very much look forward to. Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill was good. Hell’s Kitchen also good but definitely overrated.
#ribcapcrew
Looks decent. Gonna have to try it. I tried Oscars a week ago and my wife and I absolutely loved it. Best steakhouse I’ve been to in Vegas so far.
Oscars is top tier. better than Ramsay steak
nice ideo atmosphere would have been better without justin
As soon as I saw the title, I immediately thought Rib Cap *ALL DAY* . Tenderloin is the most overrated of the "premium cuts" of beef. And I ain't tryin to eat puff pastry and mushroom duxelle. Give me a steak and some butter roasted mushrooms as a side.

I like that 👍
@@SayHiToMatthew that's very positive. I love your videos and I woke up drunk. keep up the good work
U have to be mad at ur money? How insulting can these RESTAURANTs get ?
Gordon Ramsey Steak or Oscars ?
Oscar's. GR is so overrated.
Everything is cheaper at Oscar’s and just as good if not better
👍👍👍❤❤❤
Paying for the name not the food too many people says its overated

Prime Rib. Better than Oscar’s?
What was your view Matthew? Tough to beat a the Prime Rib with Bobby.
Beef cooked no more than medium-rare or stay home. The Wa-gyu beef g-ds have been insulted.
Actually Rib cap is best at medium 😎

I googled ribcap as I heard about it a few times but wasn't sure what it is...... I'm going to hell
Ramsay Steak is overrated. many other steakhouses in vegas that beat it for even less the $$$
Anyone see Trent in the kitchen?
If your not a fan of medium rare you shouldn't be eating meat.
Naw. Medium for me.
Absolutely disgraceful that the wa-gyu beef was cooked more than medium-rare. 👍
