I’m due my 4th baby in 5y7m in November.
All huge babies (10lbs 4oz - 11lbs 3oz) and baby bumps, and I carry all out the front.
Once my youngest is weaned and they’re in nursery, I want to get a tummy tuck and breast lift 🥰
So in love with what my body has done, but the rest of my life is a long time to live with not being fully happy with my excess skin.
Anna, I 100% salute you for doing this surgery for you. The only thing I'm concerned about is the information for young mums that breast feeding causes big changes in the breasts post breastfeeding. The facts are, pregnancy changes your breasts, not breastfeeding. And it's a lot is down to genetics, just like stretch marks. I got all the stretch marks, but was lucky that 3.5 years of breastfeeding didn't change my breasts apart from the nipples.
I think the size of breasts matters as well and from what I have seen so far - breasts that were in the C-D range suffer the most. The ones that were bigger before pregnancy have a tendency to be quite saggy just due to the weight of the breast itself. Smaller ones tend to shrink back without much consequences. The middle ones get big and heavy during pregnancy and it stretches the tissues without possibility to get back to the previous shape. I have one personal observation though - after my first child my breasts were like empty balloons, it was really bad. Now six years later after my third one (and 22 years after first) - I have quite a normal looking (still saggy, but quite full) breasts. I think this is due to the overall weight gain, but the elasticity is definitely back as well and I'm over 40 already. So those that just stopped breastfeeding - do not despair, it might get better after some time naturally.
@Violetikas Naw, it's got to be genetics. I was a C cup and remained a C cup with no change in shape after babies. The sagginess for me has come with age.
Breastfeeding absolutely does not negatively affect your breast it is definitely genetics. I was a 34B I went up two sizes and stayed that and breastfed for two and a half years.
I am glad that you have done something for yourself and this should be celebrated. You look great.
Also breastfeeding doesn’t cause changes for everyone. I’ve breastfed 4 babies and my boobs aren’t saggy, it’s luck of the draw really!
My boobs were only saggy while breastfeeding once I stopped they returned to normal, I was a G cup before and am still a G cup. I wish they’d deflated 😂! Hoping to have a reduction next year.

She had diastasis recti, which keeps your muscles from holding your tummy in. If she feels more confident doing a tummy tuck then good for her. She looks beautiful and that's all that matters.

Will you be able to do upper body chest workouts like push ups etc. Once you are fully recovered? I want a breast reduction and lift after I am finished breastfeeding my 4th, but I am used to intense workouts and I am worried I will lose my ability to do certain moves.

I’m so glad you didn’t get implants I hate them I’m getting mine out and then I heard about the fat transfer from the tummy I highly recommend it because implants you have to have surgery every 10 to 15 years to replace them it’s annoying. I hate these things anybody thinking about them think again!

i heard they tell u to remain a bit crouched down becuse a tummy tuck involves taking a bit of skin off and then stitching back that part together by pulling, so it takes off the excess skin. so it helps heel the incision that's horizontal. that's just what i heard

I haven't seen any videos for a long time. We used to live in Cork, Ireland as well.I followed the family there.
What I realised immediately after the for me new videos that their accent completely changed! No more Cork accent! 😄

According to most doctors they don't wamt you standing up straight. They don't want any tension on the incisions. I guess all doctors are different.
You are brave to share your body surgery images and glad you didn’t share personal lines like costs and the doctor etc. Hope you are feeling well today and getting plenty of good rest. Doesn’t look as swollen as I thought it would be but I guess therein lies the use of the compression garments. Here’s to shower day! After many surgeries of my own, shower day after a big surgery and time away from it is always a glorious feeling. It will wipe you out that first day too so plan for it to be your big activity of the day. Looks like your recovery is coming along great. Sending some wishes for peaceful rest and good things to watch and do when you are stuck in bed resting more than you want to.

Is the bruising on your chest area from the fat transfer or just from the lift? It made my stomach drop into my ass because I thought it would look a lot less like someone punched you. I wanted to have it done but now I’m scared. 😨

that’s actually 2 big surgeries at the same time and on different areas of your body. It can really exhaust the body. please take it easy get plenty of rest and allow your body to slowly heal.

You look great. I'm someone who has never had a flat stomach in my adult life, even at my slimmest, even before kids. I'm not complaining, I looked good, and I still think that about myself now, but I would totally do exactly what you had done if it were financially possible. Can't wait to see the new OOTD.
