That is hands down the most pimpin jar makeover I have ever seen!! I have a tendency to collect jars, of all things lol, and it drives my husband crazy. I keep insisting “I’ll do something really cool with them some day I promise!” And I feel like this just might be it! Yes it looks like it will be pretty time consuming but I think it wolds be worth it, considering I’d be ending up with an incredibly ornate, custom jar that looks EXACTLY how I want it to look. I would probably use these to display a select few items on the kitchen counter, such as using them for my countertop sugar jar that I keep near my coffee and tea, or make them into stunning candle holders or maybe even vases, if I could find some way to construct it with waterproof materials. This could make so many cool things!! This is one of those projects where you have to let your creativity guide you and not have a set end goal/completion date in mind because it’s quite involved but the end result is just so fancy! Thank you so much for sharing! What kind of glue is the white glue that you are brushing on? Could I use foam instead of the cardboard base pieces to make it more resistant to moisture (so that any water that may splash on it if it’s being used as a vase wouldn’t damage it)?
Very beautiful . Looks like a piece of art. Most probably, not many viewers are going to try it out, because one needs time, patience and most of all talent and dexterity to make it😊
Ooh after reading some of the comments about what to use for ..freaking awesome by the way, very creative.sovsome saying not sure how they'd hold up from getting wet or what not, having to clean them.sovu wash them before u start of course, why not make like fairy snow globes or could do x mas lights n them w some figurines .sand ,keepsake jar.then seal the lid up.and what poly the exterior.wouldnt that work.makes me think of lord of the rings for some reason .idk and filigree
These kinds of crafts are absolutely perfect gifts. Because of the time you put into them. People love personalized gifts. One of a kind thoughtful gifts. No 2 alike. I will definitely put in the time for making these. My daughter loves storing her dried herbs, etc she picks in the mountains here in the northwest and her garden. This look is on point with her style. Love the video and the jar. Wonderful video.
Gorgeous! Not what I'd usually have in my kitchen -- but similar for Halloween?!? Absolutely!! My laundry room is sunflowers & green - I could readjust for coins & pocket trinkets! Painted bathroom colors - Q tips, cotton balls...💖 The next snow storm...😘Thank you!
The jar looks like something my teenage fairy would put her cottonballs, cotton rounds and such in... without having to 'waste' an expensive canning jar. thanks for the idea!
You've taken a plain Ole plastic jar and turned it into something chic and classic. Very talented and creative. Looooove it! Kudos, and thank you for sharing. ❤❤❤😊
Ahhhh plastic 😮 thank you I missed that and was wondering if the feet would hold up strong enough for the weight of the jar. That’s what happens when you don’t pay attention to the entire description . Now it makes more sense. They are so well crafted.
@@sharronj7900 Please note the first reply on this thread from @Rosie_Rosebud that these are not plastic jars. But they are glass Mason Jars. I haven't read the description nor the list of supplies used. But until I do, I will trust her judgment. I always enjoy the lovely projects that fellow artists bring to the table - sharing them with pride and delight - hoping to inspire others by simply lighting a spark. I'm sure it doesn't make a difference what type of jar is used, the techniques shared can also be applied to other materials as long as the jar can hold paint (acrylics or oil or some other appropriate medium whatever that might be), and paste or glue to attach the desired ornaments. If I were to try this exercise, I would use a plastic jar, as I'm sure the artist here would not mind me expanding the horizon. Then I would return to post the results - sharing with her whether it works well with plastic jars too, or whether it doesn't work well with plastic. It's all about discovering, learning and sharing, which is what this artist has done… and she has done a great job. Kudos to her. Oh my goodness you are so talented, you do absolutely beautiful work, I would love to know where you got you moulds from, I have been looking for a long time for some like yours...

Absolutely beautiful! Well done! You have a gift 👍🏻👏🏻😎🌷
Thank you very much!
ABSOLUTLY FABULOUS!!!! MY DAUGHTER AND I ARE MAKING THESE!!!!!!TY
Surprisingly pretty and attractive.
These are the prettiest jars I have ever seen! I love your talent.😊❤

My thoughts EXACTLY
I WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING THIS
Plus, all it takes is a couple of swift openings by a kid's or man's hand...and you'd lose some of the glue-ons, so meticulously crafted.
Negative Nancy, anything worth 🫵r time, takes all your time. Busy-ness is the opioid to frustration.

Ohhh, wait, wait! Valentine's is coming up!! And also, could make windowsill herb garden jars! Do any of the moulds have herb names? 🎉

What plastic? Those are glass mason jars, not plastic jars.
@Rosie_Rosebud
Pardon me then: plain ole "mason jars."

¡Hola! Encolo cada pieza. Utilizo cola blanca espesa (PVA).

Just beautiful! 🥰 Can I ask what clay you use please? X
This is so awesome. Also, is this self-drying clay? Btw. I LOVE THE CLAY MOLDS ❤
It looks nice but what to do.if it get dirty can it be washed ???
Very nice, wondering though if using oil on molds will repel the acrylic paints in later stage ?
