Well, I’m glad you’re ok. When I got up this morning the 5 minute national news broadcast (via podcast episode) they said there had been a tornado somewhere in Texas, & I thought uh oh Lisa’s out there driving in that storm. You be careful! I’m glad you pulled over at the truck stop.
I have test drove Tofino once and the battery was dead too. They had to jump start it for me. I am thinking that the huge electrical system in Tofino maybe pulling too much power and leaving the van battery dead? Something is not right. Someone on FB group said they always keep the van battery plugged at home. It should not be needed. I want to buy a Tofino but worried about things going wrong. How is your pop top? That is my biggest fear in this van.
Actually the negative terminal was loose which caused all the havoc! Once tightened, I haven’t had a problem since! The Van battery OR the house battery. I have more than enough power for all my digital needs. The pop top has been great and no issues! I DO have to seam seal the pop-top as water from rain will get inside otherwise. Once that happens, there should be no issues as long as you regularly check the bolts in the back to make sure they are tight. Overall, very happy with the van! ☺️. Hope that helps
See ya when you get here. Safe driving!🙏
Getting towed to the Ram dealership. Thank GOD, I have the Route 66 service warranty I picked up when I purchased Fuzzy!

I know right! But the problem…a lose ground terminal on the battery. Hopefully that fixed it!

Hey my friend 👋🏻 I am over still 4 hours away and it started pouring rain. So I am waiting here a little longer before taking off from this ❤️ Hotel 😂
