I think these comments are very mean. Your cat is obviously well trained and used to car rides. He cried occasionally because he is a cat - that’s what cats do - he didn’t show any signs of stress. He was a good passenger like yours, looking out the windows inquisitively and only occasionally meowing. Very nice video and now you have some fur-ever moments to treasure. 😉
You need the right training. Some cats are more difficult than others. I have tutorials about how teach cats to walk on harness & leash. I walk 3 cats together...a Siamese, Burmese & Bengal.
@@TravelersGarden_dgdr I started with mine young (he is still a training kitten) but if you play with a toy with them in harness (a siamese - at least mine) they are distracted from the confinement of the harness and easily forget its on.

The best is food distraction, since some cats will start to bite the harness during play, meaning it animates them to bite into harness. Seen that with my Bengal. And the right step by step training is important as well.
I had a tabby that would walk on a leash. I would take v her camping with me. On the other hand my 2 siamese absolutely hated the car. I never thought about walking them. I miss all my girls.

This cat isn't Siamese breed, he's more original, he's the authentic Thai cat. Today's Siamese are split into 2 extremities; modern (oriental) - who has much more elongated body than the original Thai cat does with breeder selected triangle face, and the old Siamese who has shorter, more rounder body and longer hairs than the origin does.

Then in the US they selected bred the original until Siamese cats changed to the modern styles and they disqualified the old style breeds from the contests. Thai cats are imported yet again to the US by those who want to preserve the original and some call them apple head Siamese, referring to the more famous breed despite not original for better pricing.
If a cat is properly trained they will be relaxed & quiet, when they travel & they enjoy it. I take my cats on bike rides...they don't whine at all. They enjoy to see everything, they even lay down & groom themselves or each other. I also take them on walks in nature & they enjoy that as well. You can look into it, I film them regularly. The cat in the video isn't trained right.

I guess you keep your Siamese solitary...which is most likely the cause, since Siamese should always have a cat buddy at their side. (another Siamese or similar breed). Especially when it's a kitten, it's very hard on them to be alone (the human doesn't count).
That cat didn't enjoy the car ride it was scared, and hidding in unfamiliar places. Why would you think it would enjoy being out of its elimate. It's not a dog. Why would you do this to your cat. Redicious! I guess to make a video for yourself was more important than your pets discontent.
