Great video! Why won't TVRM team up with Amtrak and get 4501 and 630 back out on the mainline like 611 is doing next year. I would love to see both on the mainline again.
I'm planning to chase 4501 on the Summerville trip soon and I was curious about the LaFayette Airport as a location? Isn't it off limits to shoot from or do you have connections to have access to the property?
This was filmed from the parking lot, which is open to the public. Just be alert if you drive in the area as planes have the right of way when taxiing on the roads you come in on.
The Crosby 3 chime whistle is my favorite whistle on 630 too. I really hope it wears it again at TVRM because as of this year, it’s wearing the Central of Georgia 6 chime whistle until November. I don’t really like that Central of Georgia 6 chime on 630 because for me, it’s really too loud. Still, I love your videos! Keep up the good work, buddy.
@@zacharygiesenschlag2509 I wouldn't say you have to rush (track speed is 10-20 MPH depending on location) but don't drag your feet about moving, especially if there are a lot of people out chasing.

Looked like a great trip had ticket for October 2020 trip but was notified trip was cancelled because of the covid 19 virus
