All elector counts and all 16 dukedoms of Bretonnia should be fleshed out like Boris Todbringer. I don't believe that they should have separate start in campaign- adding just models with few unique skills is enough.

Tbh as well as Marius, I know we’ve spoken about this before but Theoderic Gausser was the only other one who did his own thing and actually had some cool narrative in terms of retaking westerland, keep it up Nathan this is sick x

I'd like to see Stirland have access to a temple of Sigmar (and by extension witch hunters) earlier and the temple of Morr (maybe Knights of Morr on foot and with ranged weapons, plus mounted Knights of the Raven?) on top of their range of halfling units - I think that would make for a really fun and unique campaign.
CA should add these lords as flc a d empire is pretty fleshed out at this point in units (the missing ones can be supplemented with mods) also give kurt hellborg and ludwig schwarzhelm
An idea that many Empire/ bretonnia campaign players would definitely enjoy would be if theodric gausser could maybe start in a province of norsca and try to get revenge on the people that have raided his Coastline for so long. And because of that maybe he could have get access to Marauders because of how much mixed-blood there is. I know it's a dumb idea but I'm tired of playing bretonnia or Empire and always having to be like God damn it another invasion. And you can't do anything about it because going through that land to do anything will cost you absolutely everything
Personally I would really like Ludenhof, he could be added in a DLC with festus. The units I think he could bring are hochland long rifles, repeater handguns(like outriders but on foot instead), and the celestial huricanum, and maybe hunting dogs. And for a hero choice the master engineer. To me his ties with festus could give reason for him to leave hochland to go on a crusade to hunt him down. This would give him a start on the warhammer 3 map, and would start in hochland in that games version of mortal empires. Ludenhof could be a much more supportive lord, instead of being a fighting lord like the rest of the other empire LL, he would fill a different niche. And none of this is coming from a hochlander bias whatsoever
I think those Elector Counts could be introduce same way as Vampire BloodLine Lords as a Half Legendary Lords that can not be play at beginning But can be Recruit or Join Federation by special events and Mission Lines that can Make Empire Campaign Game Play Unique. And I Really think we need a Region Trade Official function In Game so The Emperor( Well Depend On Player selection) Can deiced whether to Give certain Elector Count Citys or Not, nor Name a Lord player Recruit to Be a elector Count an make he or She(if Generic or Legendary Female Lords in future) a AI Faction so Player can Focus on Other Business.

I think there's three that are missing from the game currently, one of which being the Drakwald Runefang which isn't missing, it's just locked up in a vault in Altdorf. Would be kind of cool to be able to get all twelve Runefangs.
Maybe with the Hochland elector could be cool if enemies cant hide from him so when hes in a battle enemies cant turn invisible. Either as a lord skill or something he unlocks

I think of 2 Translation for "Minor" Elector Counts, is that They started as Unplayable Faction that Can be Join Federation by Mission Lines or Technology and With Immortal ability by default like Real Legendary Lords and have some special ability (like the Spider Great Shaman Green Skin can Unlock) Nor they can be add into Recruit Pool by event or Player control their lands Incas their faction be destroyed. But I think Boris deserve His Own Faction... which can make him some how Crusade to Chaos wast or Norsca In Warhammer 3 so Player can use Him and Mideheim Faction to play the Great Vortex equivalent in That Game.

Apart of Marius and Boris as playable characters, I don't see the other Elector Counts as playable. Maybe give them a unique models and give all of them (including Karl, Marius and Boris) unique traits that would be bound to their characteristics. Edit: Also replace Emanuel von Leibniz with Elspeth von Draken. von Draken actually does get the job done. Edit 2: Simply put make the EC's like the unique Tomb Kings from the various dynasties you can unlock, but with traits that are a tad less powerful. The unique TKs traits are pretty OP.

Personally, I prefer for Elector Countess Emanuel Von Liebwitz to be put as a Free Legendary Lady, and add Elector Count Ludenhof in a lord pack for Total War WARHAMMER III, for Miss Von Liebwitz is to think of her Brothers and Sisters to make doubly sure her army does not get crushed. Like Romans verse 12:10 says: Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.
Honestly if TW: Warhammer had more depth to it beyond just War (though it can largely be said for most TW Titles as well), even Liebwitz could have a place in the game. But, because War is about as far as things really go, the Woman simply has no place in the game beyond a mere mention. If Wissenland becomes a playable faction, they need to make Elsepth Von Draken the Leader of it, even if the text keeps referring to Liebwitz for "Official reasons."

Can that mod work in multiplayer? For some reason it works only for me if the host plays a Mixu lord but the other player must play original faction.
The Nuln lady with the dragon and Death magic seems really cool--I hope she makes it for the Empire.
But she is not Elector Countess, she is a wizard and thus should be legendary hero rather than legendary lord.

Marius’s weapon skill value is also 1 point higher than all the other electors (a 7 instead of 6 if I recall correctly)
