I didn't notice any Kislevites in there. I think they were part of the Empire Armies, pretty distinct though. Had I known you were that into the other armies, I would have sent you my Dark Elves and Chaos armies 4th and 5th ed.
Those dwarfs looked AMAZING on that snow board, and I LOVED the touch of miners coming out from the mine there, really nice army and one I hope to see more of in the future ♥
Eric my dude, you are an inspiration to my hobby in many ways, but your love of WFB is the greatest. I love your models, scenery builds, but most of all your attitude. A lot of WFB folks, myself included, sometimes lapse into a bit of AoS snarking. I love that you always show passion and enthusiasm in such an upbeat way! Keep the magic my man!
Im new to the hobby and i just have one thing to Say : do it, start painting again. This hobby is the best i ever had and i hope you will be able to enjoy it again
That dogs of war army is a beauty and makes me so happy and jealous at the same time! Awesome video. Thanks for talking us on a little nostalgic journey!
@@EricsHobbyWorkshop oh man looking forward to hopefully a dedicated DOW video. That might actually wear down my self control while looking at some regiments on ebay :D
The Lizardmen are giving me good good childhood dinosaur nostalgia. This is insanely impressive Eric, looking forward to seeing updates (no matter how long they take!)
This was nothing short of 18 minutes of time travel back to see the best parts of White Dwarf from the '90s! The scenes you created for each of your armies could be Warhammer World display pieces from the heyday of WFB! What a treat - thank you Eric!!!
I would love love love if you included tutorials for thematic terrain with each army. I know you’ve already made plenty of terrain videos but a temple for the Lizardmen, tower for the High Elves etc would be just *chef’s kiss*. Either way I’m hooked, your channel has been an inspiration since the pandemic and I can’t wait for whatever comes next.
The armies are all very nice but the cut to the vampire counts made my jaw drop. The 4 units of infantry with the black knights and dragon in the background was an awe inspiring shot. I was sure nothing was going to beat that until you showed the Dogs of War army, complete with beach and ship. WOW!
Dude you do you. You always have something cool to watch no matter what you are working on. So keep making whatever, keep making videos of it, and I'll keep watching. And thank you.
It's actually really great to see these kinds of unfinished forces and the reality of collecting this stuff. Especially on UA-cam you mostly just see complete armies and projects and don't get the full picture of how these armies and hobbying waxes and wanes and grows organically and that's alright.
This might be my favourite video I've watched on UA-cam. I love Warhammer Fantasy, and hearing your stories and memories of each collection really reinforced why it's such a special setting for me.
Anything related to beast of chaos !! There are in desperate need of content on youtube and that classic color scheme is still my favorite of all time. Very cool video Eric, don't feel presured into anything, we just love it the way you do it!
Never forget your first minis. Super excited to see so much old stuff uncovered, those pictures of a bunch of kids painting together are really nostalgic for how my buddies and I were
Really awesome. Watching your videos always brings back great memories, recapturing the magic of Warhammer fantasy, and of more simpler times. Thanks for making this video, looking forward to the next one.
I like your process, and I'm a big fan of getting to see so many different kinds of videos from you as a result of it. I'm excited to see more of this when you get around to it, and I'm sure I'll enjoy everything else that comes between now and then!
This video really got to me. I recently bought a second hand High Elves half of the Island of Blood starter and it's mostly unpainted! I couldn't buy it back in the day and getting it now really made my inner teenager happy. Love your channel man! Every video pushes the right buttons😀
I take these videos as a peek into people's lives that they're kind enough to share with us, so screw the people that say you should do things a certain way. You keep doing you, and you'll continue to gain fans that respect your process.
The long clear plastic stands for your Pteradons is the same thing I did for my Pusgoyle Blightlords and Plague Drones. Sets them up thematically, and lessens the impact the wings have fighting for space!
This is fantastic ❤ your terrain and models always look amazing and I love following your projects. But you’re also such a positive and enthusiastic presence, I find watching your videos very soothing. Anyway, thanks for another great video!
Damn impressed about your start of Chaos Dwarfs. The Old World nearing also finally pushed me to order some very faithfully designed 3D printed warriors (saw you had the character there too) to work along side my metal figures collection for hopefully fully functional army force. It'll be quite a bit of work and I'm interested in seeing your videos on them too.
Big thank you for the showcase. This is definitely inspiring me to get my old set of armies-in-waiting out of the closet of shame and imto presentable shape anf proper trays.
What a nostalgia bomb! This was prime Warhammer for me. I'm distrustful of GW delivering anything substantial for the Old World, but ultimately who needs them! Loved this overview and looking forward to more! I will be taking the opposite path, making an AOS army out of oldhammer miniatures. You've got to follow your excitement when it comes to new projects. Keeping things pleasurable is the key to longevity, otherwise this becomes a chore, not a hobby.
So happy ur posting these. I. needed em, usually a 40k man but love seeing all the retro vibes and colours you bring to the hobby. Great that youve got your family involved too, thats the best part of my experience, playing games and spending time with my brother! Love the the Erics Hobby Family! hope your year goes great!
Love seeing the reignited passions for fantasy. Such a nostalgia trip! I think I saw you at Buckingham Palace the other day, you were ‘taking it all in’, but I was too shook to say hello, and my kid was being a handful. Glad to see you indulging your childhood armies, and hope you (if it was you) enjoyed London!
Hi Eric, huge fan here. I am currently painting orcs. So obviously, I am interested in them. Nevertheles, I also have more or less 3k point of high elves and 2k more of wood elves. HOwever, do as you like! Really interesting video! keep going with the old wolrd!
In no particular order: 1) Dogs of motherf***ing War! 2) Empire 3) Woodies 4) Beasts of Chaos 5) Chaos Dwarves This video has me so exhited for the material to come, man! WFB is my favorite game GW ever made by a wide wide margain so to see someone with a big spotlight like you highlight it...I'm pumped to say the least.
One thing I can say for sure, more Dwarf love on this channel. Fastest 18min vid I've seen, so much eye candy. I have a feeling theres some great fantasy content in the future, cool, look forward it. Fantastic warhammer collection, pleasure to watch, thank you.
Very cool, Eric. It's great seeing all the old models and makes me want to add painting and repainting my WHFB armies to my ever-growing list of things to do. Really like the Chaos lord on dragon conversion. My vote is for the Lizardmen or Dwarves. Also, no one has any room to knock you when you have a Chaos Dwarf army AND a Dogs of War army!
Awesome video, and as a big fan of Warhammer Fantasy, I can only say I'm looking forward to more of this. By the way, I love the vampire lady on dragon conversion and painting, she looks great!
Great video, Eric, I love the terrain to display each army, and also how your genuine enthusiasm for the hobby shows through! Keep on going at your own rhythm. Also, I'd love to see more of the Chaos Dwarves, they look so cool with their funky hats!
Fantastic video buddy, love all the nostalgia from this! It’s hard to follow a big project through when you have so much you want to do, keep up all the great work
putz , seeing your collection I immediately think of the immense amount of mods and dlcs that will be released for total war hammer 3 and the sinister amount of money that I will spend to have all of this.
Tank You so much! We are in a reanimationprocess of our old armies. You are the god of Motivation. And of course in the name of Bugman: MORE ABOUT DWARFS 😅
Love the dwarfs! Been collecting an army of them over the past 6 years, and are a joy to paint slowly over the years when I don’t have active painting projects!
Your vampire counts video a few months back is what got me into the Warhammer Armies Project and the undead itself. Unfortunatealy, I have not been able to find many fantasy vampire count models online, but AoS is filling in just fine, with plenty of other models (thank you Frostgrave). Anyways, with that being said, can't wait for October!
Thanks you for these videos Eric. I'm working on a lizardmen army and your videos really help. When I was finishing my bretonnians I always had your videos in the background
Yeah! Give the Dwarfs some love! My first and favorite army. My brothers and I have collected fantasy for years, we have at least 2000pts of everything except for Beastmen, Bretonnia, and Tomb Kings. Love the channel
Man, Its nice to see another Kirk around. Not many people have our name and fewer still have the strength to fulfill the responsibilities associated with it. Send ur brother my regards, dood. On another note, them armies looking mighty fine

Whoa! I joined Warhammer in 2018 and I've never really seen these armies. The Vampire Counts look amazing. The sculpts/army stand out to me, as well as your quality paint job. Sick.
Amazing collection. Although as a Skaven and Ogre fan, I had hoped for bigger armies, lol. That being said I'm looking forward to seeing more fantasy content. Really astonishing work.
Enjoy the hobby your way. That's quite the impressive collection. I'm really looking forward to the hats Dwarves. That musician with the goblin puppet!
Looks lovely and inspiring! And that amount of Dogs of War is impressive! I also believe that your Giant of Albion in your Chaos Warriors army can be used in Dogs of War too! Love it!
one look at that wood elf dragon brought it all back. misty watercolour (well, acrylic) memories. what a great video - really fun armies, my wood elves did not have such nice bases or scenery to fight amongst
The first time I was introduced to anything fantasy was D&D and I was randomly assigned to play as a dwarf and I loved it. Years later, my brothers and I also started collecting WHF armies and of course, I chose the dwarfs! They don't receive enough love from many people, so yes PLEASE continue to let the dawi have their place on this channel
As someone who is doing the same with Warhammer 30K, trying to collect one of each legion at about 2000-3000 pts, I can only applaud you for the hard work.
I understand your need of changing projects to keep motivated, in my opinion, you do what keeps you in love with yoour passion or you´ll end up burnt out. My top 3 picks for more content would be Tomb Kings (Touch up and maybe an update after getting a piece you really wanted for this army) High Elves (kids grow fast, would be cool to see you finish a couple of your friends minis and a few of yours to understand a bit of the legacy you´ll contribute to your friend plans on getting his kids into the game.) and Chaos Dwarves.
Awesome stuff, can't wait to see them all come together. Your videos with your bretonnians were great inspiration while I was starting work on my own 6th edition army!
My childhood came flooding back! I’m currently fixing a vermin lord from the fantasy era. Some awesome miniatures in your collection, I can say without a doubt - I’m very jealous!
Wow what nostalgia. Still got the citadel painting guide from back in my painting days when I had Dwarfs and Dark Elves. Also had a few undead including the original Nagash. Unfortunately I lost everything when I moved. Started getting bk into warhammer a few months bk. Now I'm doing 40k orks. Great vid. 👍
WHFB was my childhood weekends. I had skaven, my brother had nagash and his undead, my friends had wood elves, chaos demons and dwarves. If we weren't around at somebody's house, eating their parents out of home while playing D&D, we were playing Warhammer. Redid my skaven for KoW a few years ago. Be nice to see what I can do with them in Old World when it gets here.
Which army is your favourite? Which would you like to see me work on more? Let me know!
Chaos dwarves!
I didn't notice any Kislevites in there. I think they were part of the Empire Armies, pretty distinct though. Had I known you were that into the other armies, I would have sent you my Dark Elves and Chaos armies 4th and 5th ed.
Work on the skaven please remember for every stormvermin block you need 2 clan rats blocks
Wood Elves was my first WH army:)
High Elves! It was my first army and my first love!
The armies are fabulous but my favorite part is how you incorporated all of the terrain for each army, after all you are the king of terrain.
Thats nice of you to say! Thanks
YES the whole world Around is is... No words Speachless am i =))
THANK YOU Eric and Brother
Greetings
The boards looked so nice. Top shelf presentation.
Whats the intro music pls bros ?
Eric is the King of Terrain in my mind. Seriously.

Yup, this 100%. No, a 1000%! :)
I am absolutely jealous of your bretonian army, it makes me want to get back into painting. It is so GODDAMN BEAUTIFUL
Im new to the hobby and i just have one thing to Say : do it, start painting again. This hobby is the best i ever had and i hope you will be able to enjoy it again
Yeah, I've been on the fence for a while, I always painted kroots and I've been thinking of getting a killteam set.
Have you seen the new models from GWs the old world who coming 2024? =) they will rock =)
That dogs of war army is a beauty and makes me so happy and jealous at the same time! Awesome video. Thanks for talking us on a little nostalgic journey!
I didnt even show the NIB stuff i have of them. Birdmen, briganzas beseigers…

I think 90% of why anyone gets into Lizardmen is the Childhood Dinosaur Nostalgia.
This was nothing short of 18 minutes of time travel back to see the best parts of White Dwarf from the '90s! The scenes you created for each of your armies could be Warhammer World display pieces from the heyday of WFB! What a treat - thank you Eric!!!
Damn that’s was a great flashback of being 16 with my friends playing the whole weekend from Friday to Sunday! Love it and can’t wait what’s coming!
I would love love love if you included tutorials for thematic terrain with each army. I actually prefer how you bounce around to different projects.
Thanks dude i needed to hear that
I get the "scattered" approach to project management. You keep putting in the work, and pumping out the content; its all good.
Great work!
WAAAAGH!!!

Really awesome. Watching your videos always brings back great memories, recapturing the magic of Warhammer fantasy, and of more simpler times. Thanks for making this video, looking forward to the next one.
That's an impressive collection of models man! Well done! Also all the thematic terrain makes for an unreal backdrop. Keep up the good work!
I don't mind at all that you hop projects a lot. I quite enjoy having a different kind of video every time you upload. Keeps it from getting stale.

As a warhammer fantasy enjoyer I loved every minute of this video ! It will be awesome to see a chaos dwarf army painted by you !
Thank you so much for the rush of nostalgia and taking me back to my youth. Beautiful displays. Can't wait to see your progress.
These are awesome. Would love to see more in depth dives into them. Especially the Chaos Dwarves.
These are absolutely gorgeous armies! Thanks for taking the time to show them all and share your memories !
Fantastic video buddy, love all the nostalgia from this! It’s hard to follow a big project through when you have so much you want to do, keep up all the great work
Really nice video! I'm glad you jump around so much, keeps your videos feeling fresh.
Don't you dare change the banner of the Shaggin Waggin! That banner is LEGENDARY!
I don't even know where to begin! WOWWWWW!!!! Can we please get some videos of how to make all the different terrain??
Love the title of this video! Perhaps I to could paint up a few armies over the next 25 years!

Mate, your videos are all so good, I want to see a video on each army please!
I love how attainable you painting is, nothing too crazy, just nice and within an army looks incredible.

Love the dwarfs! Been collecting an army of them over the past 6 years, and are a joy to paint slowly over the years when I don’t have active painting projects!
I missed the boat on WHFB but this video makes me so excited to get even a small taste of it with The Old World. Great content as always man
This is one of the coolest things I've ever seen
Your vampire counts video a few months back is what got me into the Warhammer Armies Project and the undead itself. Unfortunatealy, I have not been able to find many fantasy vampire count models online, but AoS is filling in just fine, with plenty of other models (thank you Frostgrave). Anyways, with that being said, can't wait for October!

It's a mighty fine name 👍
I am in awe of your collection. Over the decades, I have had most if not all of the WFB armies, but I had to part with them due to moving.
So, seeing someone retain their collection is wonderful to see.
As for which you should focus on, simple, the one which you will enjoy painting the most!
Great tips on the diorama board set ups! it really lifts the painted models to the next level having a nice display board.
The snow effect worked really great too. Where can I get a snow/ice gaming mat like that?
just dropping sand to make snowy terrain and the beach was a great and quick effect!
Gotta say "shaggin waggon " is one if the orkiest things ive heard in a while !
I'm glad to see Gonzalo Esparza leading the dogs of war after his succes in mordheim
I see you know your EHW lore. Very cool 😎
Loved seeing all the armies displayed so well! I would vote for a favorite but honestly would be happy to see a deep dive on any of these
Whoa! I joined Warhammer in 2018 and I've never really seen these armies. The Vampire Counts look amazing. The sculpts/army stand out to me, as well as your quality paint job. Sick.
I misread the title and thought this would be a 24-hour painting challenge.
Amazing collection. Although as a Skaven and Ogre fan, I had hoped for bigger armies, lol. That being said I'm looking forward to seeing more fantasy content. Really astonishing work.
Forgot the armies, the terrain, like every background I wished I have from the old books
This is very inspirational. Show updates as you get closer to completing each army.
Enjoy the hobby your way. That's quite the impressive collection. I'm really looking forward to the hats Dwarves. That musician with the goblin puppet!

This video had me at “the army looks good if you look at it from 20ft away and squint”.
Not only is the title a nice spin on click bait, it is also answered. It's just..... When your troll is better than what you are trolling. Perfection
Hot dang these are incredible. Man when they're ranked up all together, they don't need any work at all. Very beautiful.
My childhood came flooding back! I’m currently fixing a vermin lord from the fantasy era. Some awesome miniatures in your collection, I can say without a doubt - I’m very jealous!
There is just something about seeing Warhammer fantasy armies, that can't be replicated by other games to the same degree. Absolutely beautiful.
these are fantastic and the display tables/terrain for each army was very impressive too, I look forward to seeing how you progress
Wow what nostalgia. Still got the citadel painting guide from back in my painting days when I had Dwarfs and Dark Elves. Also had a few undead including the original Nagash.
