Been wanting to try this
Have you tried Carpro hydro 2 soap? It claims 3 months protection too.
would you upcharge a spray sealant or just offer it in a tier service?
Wet coat is good stuff! But- if you want to save even more money try technicians choice ceramic detail spray. I cut it 1:1 with water and still wowo’s great as a spray on/rinse off!
I’ve heard about it before and of how it makes the paint super slick! 😅 How long would you say it lasts?
@@detailingbeyondlimitsI’ve seen it last as a spray/ rinse over 2 +months. For the price it’s hard to beat lol. I haven’t used it full strength in years lol
Sorry for the rookie question, I’m new to this and trying to learn as much as possible. What is flushing, and do you use it?
The second question would be if you would use this product before or after the application of an iron remover/clay.
Sorry if this is late, but you would want to use sealant after the clay bar.
The goal of the clay bar is to get rid of a decent amount of contaminants in your paint, but you also get rid of the sealant/wax protecting the clear coat.
So, to renew that layer of protection after the playback, you want to spray sealant
Wet coat is an awesome product!! I used to use it all the time but then I found Koch Chemie Protector Wax. It smells like GSF and is dillutable. I dillute it down 20:1 I think they recommended 30:1 and use it the same way. You can also use it as a quick spray wax, or my signature....I use it to wipe off polish when I'm doing a correction with P601 or F601. Try it, you'll love it!!
Nice! How long would you say it lasts? Do you like to apply it in a foam cannon or sprayer bottle?
@@detailingbeyondlimits I've seen it last about 3 months on cars left outside and not detailed regularly. I apply it with an IK Hand spray bottle. What's really nice is how you can use it as a spray on, rinse off, or as just a regular spray wax. It's really versatile and cost wise because it's dillutable much cheaper than wet coat. Defidently try it out you won't be disappointed
is it a bit like p and s bead maker?
P&S bead maker is a dust magnet
I’d say probably not, bead maker is claimed to last around 2 months but I hear a lot of detailers say realistically up to 1 month, and actually only lasts 1 wash.
Bead maker is also polymer based and does not have any si02 properties like Gyeon’s wet coat does.
Beadmaker is probably used BEST as a topper or as a drying aid rather than a standalone product.
I would say however, a more comparable product would definitely be, P&S Inspiration Defender. In fact it can actually last up to 6 months rather than 3 months like Gyeons wet coat.
Great video, can you do one in English?
This world doesn't need any more moronic racists.
