The 5 Steps To Depersonalsation Recovery: ua-cam.com/video/XelogFxaSn4/v-deo.html Can't Stop Daydreaming This Could Be Why... ua-cam.com/video/CIt9YMvKo3Y/v-deo.html
Your back - great! Your videos help with lessening consistent negative thoughts and maladaptive daydreaming. If I can resolve these concentration challenges, I could be a genius. Keep making videos man!
Bless you for this! I feel like I just have...no memory. Like 1 second and it's gone. This started even before the real depersonalisation, when I was just severely anxious and huge ptsd and was more dissociated. Like I could not feel exited about things or feel all emotions well. But I still felt like myself ect....just severely overwhelmed, anxious and blocked. I now feel like I can't think of the past or future, just the now...and whatever seems to make me happy or bother me NOW...that's it. I had a nervous system tension built on from continuous severe trauma for about 10 years before that so I guess I just reached my limit or something.
You’re excellent at presenting these topics, despite my concentration being poor, I was able to watch the entire video! Lots of great tips in here, I’m going to start implementing them. I’m glad you explained trauma as well, it’s so important but not something people typically think about
hey rumzi..where have u been?..all the best mate,..you and shaan kazam helped me a lot with my DP/R and anxiety recovery,..still on my way but doing better... thx a lot and big hugs from vienna /austria,.. Ayhan
Thanks! I have been busy with other things, full time job etc. Glad you are recovering that is great, dont give up and keep going! Yes Shaan Kassam has many really good videos.
The irony is that I forget about everything in this video after it ended. SO FRUSTRATING!!! But I keep watching these videos because my subconsious will take some in I think. Do others experience the same thing? Like forget about what they were watching or listening two immediately after it stopped. Literally two seconds I think. I am still a bit scared that this is abnormal, even for DP.
It was the same for me when I had DP/DR. People would ask me to do things and I would walk away to do it then 5 seconds later I forgot the entire event occurred. I have another video on depersonalisation and memory if you wanted to learn more.
I am unable to concentrate even for 2 minutes when I read something there will some thoughts come in my head and I act in accordance with it like I respond to that person or the situation automatically...and I am always filled with thoughts in my head ....this makes my life harder....is this curable through therapy...what is this condition called ..?
