While I understand why people have “grill” , to me it spoils the aesthetics of the home and make it feel like you’re living in a prison.

Wow, beautifully designed and decorated. I would definitely live in Richmond Estate . I think it would be better served as short term rental on air b n b as opposed to long term rental.
If the owner not there to oversee Airbnb then long term rental is better.
@@eileenwatt8283 Air B n b can be operated through an automated system . You can have a co-host as well.
There are a couple AIR BNB in Richmond Estates but its causing problems as there's a rule that short term "Rentals" are not allowed!...They had an owners meeting recently because some home owners are uncomfortable with AIR BNB owners because the Air Bnb guests not following the rules of the "community"...apparently "ghetto" guests stay there as the rates are as low as US$80 per day for some of the 3 bedroom units and they carry a lot of their friends and make noise etc etc..

I know the Richmond Estate. Lovely area. This house is dated already. Too much colors for small house. Too much is going on needs update. Yard space OK.

Wow! These people how most likely live abroad always tend to rent their house in our poor little country just like the USA prices and some time more, it's better to use that as a AIRBNB because the average person in Jamaica don't carry home $1500 USD per month including food and utilities money, It's a nice home, you will rent it yest if you have that money... SMH
You are forgetting that its not only Jamaicans who rent.Many expat also live and work in Jamaica.Basically, people rent in the segment of the market they can afford.
Many people abroad rent a house in Jamaica full time. The fly down frequently. This price is reasonable for the long term renter abroad. It's cones furnished too. That's a steal. Airbnb works if the owner is there to manage the property.
