There are a lot of upgrade needed... for a 7 bd I don't understand why only 3 bthrms(balance not right) ..kitchen tiled no quartz or granite countertop and there's no backsplash..also who puts their fridge in their dining room🤔.. The space for the fridge is behind the door and it's very small, the door will be banging on fridge..Otherwise bdrm spaces are very generous... I know that area quite well and its not somewhere I would feel comfortable living. But it's a lovely home.. Thanks for the tour..

Pedestal face basins are not rare. They've been in for many many years. Nice house but nothing interesting about it. And there's no back splash in the kitchen it's just tiles.
Why is this $30m. Why a 7 bedroom with 3 bathroom - that's not balance The primary suite has a pedestal sink and not a proper sink with good storage. What is most lack in this house is the lack of storage. The buyer has to do too much upgrading for a $30m
Especially to be in Clarendon. Cause packers cross is not even really a nice neighborhood like that. The whole place is old and tacky. I nearly died when the realtor looked at that old dusty tub and said “you can have a relaxing soak “. 😂😂😂😂 some of these people are crazy

The tenant wife did the most unthinkable thing to her mentally challenged step daughter in the house. Now the house can't rent. They also have water problem. Trucks had to deliver water to homes and sometimes they don't show up.
Can't be telling ppl that there's alot of returning residents living there. That's inviting criminals to come prey on ppl. Its a security risk though that's not your Intention.
House comes with lots of space but way too outdated for my taste. Twenty four million the most I would pay for that house, it needs all new bathrooms and kitchens.

U purchase the property, give it a Great Upgrade, and resell for another ten million.

Why do you show properties in crime areas. I lived in Palmers Cross years ago and things have gotten worse there.
I was just in that area last week. Not as bad as the rest of May Pen but definitely not as safe as the realtor is trying to sell it as.
